Very happy with my new car and my shopping experience.
I had a great experience shopping with David Harris at EchoPark. I had done quite a bit of research when I got there and had some vehicles in mind that I wanted to look at. David was very helpful to us and also knowledgable about the vehicles I looked at. I didn't offer a trade-in, but in all other aspects David and EchoPark met all of my expectations and I love the vehicle that we chose.

Echo Park Centennial
I have bought 2 cars from this location, and would not hesitate to purchase more. The staff is friendly and not at all pushy. The only reason that they get 4 stars instead of 5 is because the actual buying process is pretty slow; after you have done your test drive and commit to buying, be prepared to spend 2 or more hours there.

Cynthia- Thank you for the nice review! As hard as we try to keep the buying process quick and easy, around that 2 hour mark, sometimes we do have obstacles to overcome. Which can elongate that process. We are sorry that it look a while to get it through, but we are so glad that we made the overall experience comfortable and friendly! Good deal
Had good experience with the dealership. It?s a easy process to buy a used car with good condition. They explained each and everything related to the car and Finanace options before buying it. Employees were very cooperative.

Quick and easy, painless process
I would definitely shop here again. The vehicles are in excellent, looking like new condition, and very fair prices. No pressure, no haggling, no fees. The only possible downside, if there is a vehicle you are seriously interested in, you have to act quick. They sell a ton of vehicles in a very short time. Two I considered were sold within two days.

Unethical salesman
Was ready to buy a car from a salesman at the dealership in Centennial, CO. The salesman failed to tell me their policy of not selling the car to a potential buyer if it is taken for a test drive after I had test drove it. Within ten minutes of me getting out the car, there was a new person test driving it leaving me no time at all to get through a quote to even have the ability to go through with the purchase. Typically, the car will be sold to the person who says they will buy it first, even if it is being test driven. But not in this case. Shady way to do business and leaves potential to not sell anything at all. Transparency is everything.

Terrible Service
Beware of this unprofessional Dealership from the staff, to the customer service, to the management or lack there of. Simply put, they booked me an appointment to drive two hours to come and test drive the car that I planned to purchase, and when I made it there, they said they sold the car 5 hours prior and it left the lot 30 minutes ago... No call, No text, nothing! Just a waste of 4 hours there and back, a waste of V8 gas, and a cup of coffee offered for the waisted trip. Literally the most unprofessional thing that I have ever experienced with a car dealership. I was told oops someone should have contacted you... You think! I would give 0 stars to this dealership if I could! Don’t waste your time if your looking for a dealership that treats customers the right way! Read their reviews, they have done this multiple times and you will be offered a cup of coffee for your long drive, or told there was a breakdown in communication, or told that management will provide some training for the same thing that has gone on for years... Terrible Terrible Experience!!!
