Review

Horrible experience. Communication regarding repair not clear. Was never given a loaner. Went without a vehicle for 2 weeks. Car was returned and ceiling had stains from mechanic touching (possibly oil; some type of residue). Quick communication when car was ready for pick up and payment was being requested. Sent an email to the manager Cameron Johnson and it has been 3 weeks and he has not responded to the poor experience.

Great Experience

The customer service team of Cynthia and Kierra was friendly and professional. They quickly pointed me in the right direction which was welcomed as I was on a time crunch. Jacob made the process easy and simple.

Would highly recommend

The buying process when buying my Mercedes gls was smooth and I love my gls. Also, When I had to take my gls in for minor repairs Kris in the service department in Durham was great at helping me get my gls in and was very helpful. Everyone there was wonderful! Would highly recommend!

MaryAnn Wren is IMPRESSIVE and AWESOME

MaryAnn Wren was absolutely fantastic to work with. She completely changed the way I view the car buying experience, made it so easy and convenient, and created a great experience for us start to finish. We selected the car on a Thursday afternoon, she sent the paperwork that evening and then on Friday she personally delivered the car to our house. We signed the last few items there and she took our previous vehicle and left us with our new one.
