I'm pleasantly surprised to say that I had a great buying experience! Rick Jr. was very helpful on the phone, describing the vehicle accurately. Rick Sr. was friendly in person. Victoria did a great job with all the paper work. Like others have mentioned, the longest part of the process was waiting on the insurance company. So different from most dealerships. I didn't feel emotionally exhausted by the process. It was a fairly long drive, but well worth it! The whole process, including the drive, was quicker than deals done in the next town over. An easy buying experience. Called ahead for a test drive and mentioned that I would like my mechanic to take a look while it was out. Vehicle was ready when I arrived, mechanic was impressed with the condition of vehicle and I bought it. They had the paper work done and I was on the road the following day.
