My story is an unusual one. I purchased a vehicle from Cape Cod Carz on June 29, 2020. I was first referred to them by my best friend, who purchased a car from here three years ago. She sings their praises all the time. She still contacts them regarding routine maintenance questions, and they always help her out. I told her “they must be sick of you” and she said “no, Rick Jr. told me to call him anytime. So I took her advice and contacted them. I worked with Rick Jr. on finding what I wanted. Within a couple of weeks of our first conversation, Rick found exactly what I was looking for, right down to the color. I wanted to buy the vehicle outright, I did not want a car payment. Once again, he was accommodating and willing to work with me. Within two weeks, I had all the money, paid in full for the vehicle and was on my way. By the time I picked it up, my insurance company had been notified, the vehicle was registered and inspected, waiting for me. Unfortunately, on July 13, 2020, two weeks to the day that I picked up the vehicle, I was rear ended by a distracted driver and was hit at approximately 50mph and my dream vehicle was totaled. I was so devastated. I contacted Rick Jr. with the news. He was shocked to say the least, he was so eager to help in anyway he could. Once again, I found exactly what I wanted. Rick made my second experience even better than the first. This has been by far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. They make you feel like a VIP the first time you walked through the door. No pressure, they listened to your needs. They work with you to put you in a vehicle you can afford. The whole staff is friendly and make you feel like an old friend. They have gained a lifelong customer in me, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family.
