AC Service
On a recent vacation from NC to FL, our AC quit cooling. We stopped by Jack Wilson Chevrolet at 4pm on Friday afternoon. Personnel there were very professional and courteous even at this late hour before the weekend. I would not have been surprised if told car couldn't be looked at that late in the day. However the service technician took the car back in the shop, discovered a freon leak, evacuated the system and re-charged the freon and had us back on on our way in an hour. Were only in St. Augustine for the night so I couldn't leave the vehicle for the repair but would have if staying in town longer. I would definitely recommend this dealership... I will even consider driving back here to purchase my next vehicle. (600 miles)

Best car buying experience ever! Highly recommend Sean!
I have bought enough cars to know a good experience when I have one. Dealership was 40+ miles from my house and totally worth it. Sean was the best salesman we have ever met when purchasing a vehicle. Exceeded all expectation. You could tell he loved his job and more importantly took pride in the dealership he works for. We would 100% highly recommend, Sean, Eric in finance and just the dealership as a whole. Thank you for staying after house on a Friday night and for everything else you guys did to make it a stress free car buying experience!

My paint is not the same color as the original. Very unsatisfied abt the finish product. Now my tire rubs and will PROBABLY pop the end cap of the bumper off. The personel was very friendly but the quality of work is satisfactory.

I love dealing with the service dept. in the Chevrolet side of Jack Wilson's. Everyone is professional and helpful. I have a 2008 Tahoe-all service has been done there, I love my Tahoe today as much as the day I received it. Recently, I thought about trading because it is an 08-I test drove a few SUV's and they were ok, but I decided to buy new tires-(2nd set since I bought the truck) at Jack Wilson's. I plan to keep my truck for a couple more years. I love my Tahoe!!!

bed liner install on new truck purchased there
purchased a new truck at jack wilson dealership installed a bed liner bed liner did not properly fit today installed a replacement which was attached with screws on back sides of bed liner most likely because this one did not fit properly under the rails just like the first one front of bed liner also does not fit properly front right side not sitting flat in addition different screws were used to attach this bed liner the original ones will most likely rust out i will be bringing my vehicle elsewhere for all necessary repairs

Had an appointment for an oil change at 9:30 and truck didn?t go back into service area until almost 11:00. Very slow and not at all impressed by this dealership. Took my truck in for an oil change about 3 years ago and same thing happened. Price seemed high for an oil change and with having to spend 3 hours by the time everything was done and I could finally leave was a huge disappointment. No respect for your time or money. I see no reason to go back.
