Intellicar

These guys worked hard to put me in a vehicle. They worked with my sub-par credit situation and got us into a beautiful SUV with a real lender. All of the other dealerships wanted nothing to do with me but these guys made me feel respected and confident in my situation. This is the 2nd vehicle experience with them and I couldn't be happier!

My car broke down and I forced to find a replacement fast. Michael and Ryan were huge helps! After looking online we went to Dover. Ryan pointed us to Micheal in Smyrna, at another intellicar dealership that was a lot close and more convenient for me. Michael made sure to get me pre-approved, went through all the paperwork and my budget, and stayed late to show me cars! He showed me several cars, had a very laid back and friendly approach and got the one I really liked to be approved and affordable. After dealing with the bank, Micheal even helped me call several insurance companies to make sure I was getting the best rate. I will go back to them again if I need a car and I've recommended to several people to check them out. Thank you!

Please read*** I was in desperate need of a vehicle and Ryan got me in and out in no time at all! He warned me before giving me the keys that their tire pressure machine was broken and he didn't know if the tires were filled.. The next day driving to the gas station to fill my tire (that wasn't filling) I noticed a 8 inch gas in the back of the tire. After putting the spare on and driving back to intellicar to tell them I could have died the light came on to change oil immediately .... So after an oil change I called them and they told me I bought the vehicle as is... Now the car leaks oil as well as coolant. And they refuse to help! I got a lawyer and he said he is actually represtening another former customer. If you would have had similar problems feel free to join a class action suit against these ruthless heartless fools!

Looking to get my oldest daughter into a car on her own, Mike and Ryan did what it took to get her into a car. We were so happy with how friendly and up front they were in getting us a deal. Now she's got a ride of her own and we are happy to know she was taken care of. Thank you guys!!

First Ryan my salesman was awesome, I can in with a plan to buy he help me with ease to get approve and to get in a great car. I mean the process was so easy with no pressure they are a perfect fit for anyone, wish I would have known about them earlier. Ryan was very professional and honest in all facing of the sale process. Got a great car at a great price now I'm riding in style and loving it.

We needed to find a more reliable, affordable vehicle for my daughter & daughter in-law. At first I was very sceptical of it being a used car dealer. Never really having any luck at all. Justin was so helpful and patient with us. He wanted us to have what we needed and wanted us to be happy. Justin was very polite and respectful of our needs. He worked with us to get our car. Never giving up until we were happy.He was not pushy on trying to make us buy what we didn't want, but made it possible for us to get what we wanted. Not only did we buy our car from intellicar, we bought 2 cars. We are pleased we stopped there .I would buy a 3rd car if I needed one from them.
