My husband and I went into Intellicar in Dover looking for a car because our truck recently kicked the bucket and Justin made the process simple. We told Justin what we needed in our new vehicle and he found the cars that would fit our needs. We were approved quickly and drove home in a new (used) vehicle. Also we have to kids who we had to bring with us and I was worried about them being restless until we got there and there was an area for them to play which kept them entertained and also made the process less stressful. My daughter and son-in-law were looking for a second vehicle to support their growing family but needed a great deal on a used truck. Justin and Mark were very helpful, but more importantly, honest in their dealings. They did not try to take advantage by selling them a vehicle that was outside of their budget. I had been looking for a new car for approx. a month before I ran into an ad online for Intellicar. Being 8 months pregnant and expecting a new addition to our family, my husband and I knew that we couldn't fit the car seat in a Mustang :-) -- Therefore, we were looking for a sports utility vehicle to fit our children in; and after going to 4 different dealerships, Intellicar is the only one who gave me an honest opinion on what I was looking for. Justin fulfilled my request for the payment range I wanted all while considering the best financing option as well. When it came time for the paperwork, Ryan not only had all his ducks in a row, but it only took 25 minutes to get everything finalized. Needless to say, we were extremely pleased with the purchase and throughout the whole situation it really worked out in my favor! IntelliCar gave me an amazing and very helpful car buying experience. I loved a 2012 VW GTI that they had, but sadly it was a little more than I wanted to spend. Ryan saw my car I was trading in and gave me a little extra and worked with me to help me out to get this car, and get the payments down to what I wanted. My experience with Intellicar was overwhelmingly positive. I was looking for a quality used car, as well as a no-hassle, honest car buying experience, and I got both. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I went up to look at the car on a Saturday and drove away in the car that next Tuesday. I'm loving my '08 Scion xD.
