Easy quick and fun

The reason i gave a five star review is because as a 20 year old trying to get a lease on a nice car most places would of just looked at me and laughed (i.g burton bmw) instead they treated me as an equal and treated me with respect. I felt like i was friends with Mark and Ryan, the valued me as a customer. Made sure that everything i asked for and needed i was accommodated for. Even after buying the car i needed new tires and to get an oil change and they paid for that for me. Would definitely recommend going there, They are great people to deal with. I even referred my buddy to them and he ended up buying a car and they gave me 100 dollars for that! Thanks guys!

Crooks

This dealership should loose their business license. They knew that the car they sold me needed a timing belt and they still took my money. Now they don't know who I am. I've only put 1200 miles on the car. xxx? Now everyone is too busy to speak to me about the lemon I was sold.

Great Place to Purchase your used car

Justin was a fantastic Salesman to deal with and made the purchase of my 2009 Kia Sedona a very easy process. I would recommend giving Justin a call if you need to purchase a nice used vehicle

Once they sell you a car, they don't know you.

Purchased a car from them and less than 20 miles later, it stopped running. Was told to take it to their repair shop for a diagnosis, and whatever repairs it needed, were at my expense. Once they have your money, they don't give a xxxx about you.

Easy doing business with

I'd like to recommend IntelliCar as a great place to buy your next used car. Over the years, I've had lots of experience in buying cars, and I can easily say, this was one of my best. The salesman are professional and courteous. I purchased a 2010 Kia Soul from Ryan. He quickly understood what we were looking for, and was able to match our budget to the right car. I would, without reservation, recommend both IntelliCar and specifically, Ryan, to anyone in the market for a quality used vehicle at a fair price. The next time I'm in the market for a used car, this will be the first place I go.

Dealership will NOT help you once you buy a car.

If you enjoy Russian roulette, then this is the car dealership for you. ** BUYERS BEWARE** Please read this before even thinking of buying a car here. I just recently bought a car this last Saturday, July the 25th, mind you I drove 2 hours up from Fort Meade, MD, currently stationed there with my wife. We dealt with Ryan Caulfield, seems like a nice guy, was very helpful in getting everything ready as we drove down because he had to stay 30 minutes late. He had the car running when we showed up, I thought that was a nice touch and very nice of them, well after going to a mechanic, we found out why. It was on to hide the check engine light, that showed up after we bought the car. We stopped at a Wal-Mart right down the street, to buy some A/C 134 refrigerant because the A/C wasn't cold and figured it needed a re-charge... THEN the car wouldn't start in the parking lot, it had to be jumped, of which we had to drive straight home in fear of not being able to start the car again. Well the car wouldn't start at home when we wanted to go on a nice dinner date to celebrate our new pre-owned vehicle, so we had it towed to a mechanics shop the following day to get it checked out. It was in such bad condition, the mechanic was not going to work on it, he said he could not guarantee anything because the regular maintenance was not done on this car, and that it was unsafe to drive it. I called Ryan the following Monday, the 27th, mind you there should have been a chance to fix this by Intellicar since there was no business day lapse, and they had other inventory, so I called and gave them my story, and they said there was nothing they would do, they wouldn't even let me swap out for another vehicle, which almost screams they did not want this car back in their lot. Ryan told me that I have their warranty, that will cover everything on the car, so I pursued that route. My mechanic doesn't deal with 3rd party warranties, so it had to be towed to another shop for inspection, I was denied warranty, because the parts that would have been covered if they were maintained properly, were not, so that warranty was useless. So TL;DR, this dealership will NOT help you once you buy a car, they will NOT be honest, they just want YOUR money, YOU do not MATTER, so like I said earlier, if you want to chance it and buy a decent car like everyone else on here claims, go for it, otherwise if you want to be out $7,000 or whatever you end up spending, go for it. That was the wife's and my savings, so now we are back to our 1992 Honda Civic, and I am stuck with nothing because they stole my money and are not willing to help me out, and this car is stuck at the shop until I can save up money to have it towed back to our rental where it will most likely be sold for scrap. ***UPDATE*** 8/10/2015 Called the dealership that sold the car to these guys at WHOLESALE costs, they knew of every single problem I am facing, so IntelliCar did NOT fix anything and instead jacked up the price to retail to make a quick flip without any regard for HUMAN safety. After an extra $2.5k for parts only (making payments), luckily I found a shop and told them my story, they were willing to do all the work labor free, the car is now safe to drive, which is where it should of been when it left IntelliCar's lot, which have refused any sort of help! If these guys really cared, they would have taken the vehicle back when I called the first business day after the sale, or willing to work with me on another vehicle. These guys have no ethics, and are criminals, and may sell a decent car every now and then, but if I were you, I would take your business to a place that has better ethics. I could understand if I bought a car from a private seller having these issues, but buying from a dealership, who bought this car at WHOLESALE, then jacked up the price and scammed a military veteran. So please learn from my $2.5k loss!!!

No-hassle, honest car buying experience.

My experience with Intellicar was overwhelmingly positive. I was looking for a quality used car, as well as a no-hassle, honest car buying experience, and I got both. Justin was extremely helpful and knowledgable. I went up to look at the car on a Saturday and drove away in the car that next Tuesday. I'm loving my '08 Scion xD. Skip the shady used car dealerships and just go to Intellicar. Ask for Justin or Ryan.

You won't leave here without a car.

My experience at Intellicar went well thanks to a bright young man named Justin McPhail. I visited there just to look at cars, but when I got there they had a vast selection of cars and saw one that I fell in love with. By the end of the day I was driving off the lot with the best car that fit me for what I wanted and needed, I didn't have to go look anywhere else. If you're looking for a great reliable car at a great price this is the only place to visit.
