BEWARE!!!!! This Dealership scammed my wife and I. We bought a jeep from them online. Said the jeep had a "clean carfax" The jeep was previously used as a herts rental vehicle and had been totaled. It was declared salvaged but not reported to the dmv. Intellicar had the Jeep put back together enough to look good for photos. We received the Jeep its declared unsafe to drive from our local dealership even has pinched brake lines. We could have been killed. Our State has branded this jeep salvaged and the dealership denies it all and won't do anything. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

A history of selling bad cars.
The late model car with no problems I bought in August can’t get a radiator fan replaced because removing the radiator will destroy its junk housing. The Nissan dealership won’t touch the car. The Nissan body shop m inspected the damage from an an disclosed accident and estimates $5500 to repair what they can see, making sure I understand there could be more damage as components come out. So I’m paying on a car that overheats which I can’t fix bc it was damaged and put back together with screws and wires. I drove the car to the dealership about a month after I bought it. Showed the salesman everything I had found. He acted surprised and was going to track down where the car came from and talk to his GM. When I followed up he said GM was out, didn’t know when he’d be back. That was 3 months ago. Don’t do it, 14 complaints w the BBB. Dozens on Google. Research, run.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH THIS DEALER. THEY TOLD ME THEY CAN PRICE MATCH WITHIN 300 MILES OF THE CAR WITH SAME FEATURES AND SPECS. THEY DID NOT KEEP THEIR WORD AND WERE NOT WILLING TO PRICE MATCH AFTER I FOUND A BETTER DEAL. THE MANAGER TIM WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL AND HE HANGED UP THE PHONE ON ME AFTER NOT WILLING TO LISTEN TO MY CONCERNS. DO NOT GO THERE!

Most used car dealers are honest, some are not....
Most used car dealers are honest, some are not. Occasionally, you’ll find a money-hungry manager (Tim) who will say anything to move a vehicle – including concealing problems as was in my case. I was looking for a used car for my daughter after her car was totaled in an accident caused by another driver. We found the 2019 Fusion in question online and went to inspect and test-drive the vehicle. The salesman DeAngelo was great and was a professional during the entire process. Although the manager Tim seemed to be a stand-up guy this all changed when I asked for the CarFax report he stated that they use another system and coincidentally they were unable to retrieve a report that evening after numerous attempts. This should have been a warning to me but I allowed it to pass right by me. When I questioned the sale and I should wait to see report the manager Tim informed me that this owner and his dealership does not and has not sold any vehicles with any prior major damage. I had inspected the car thoroughly and noticed some questionable items as one would expect with a used car and a mechanic friend of mine stated they were all minor or good-to-go. So, I felt comfortable enough to go ahead and purchase the car based upon my review, my friend’s comments, and Tim’s assurance that they do not sell vehicles with prior major damage. The next day, via email I asked for and received the CarFax or their equivalent report. Wa-lah they were able to produce a report that shows major structural damage. I immediately contacted the dealership and asked why I was told some untruths the previous evening that they do not sell vehicles with prior major damage; Tim knew from last evening that I would not have purchased the vehicle if I had seen this report. The manager, Tim, informed me that it was not their responsibility to provide the report and it was mine if I really wanted to know the history of the vehicle I should have paid for it myself and that I had already executed the contract and purchased the vehicle and there was nothing they could do about it. I contacted my lawyer regarding this transaction and he informed me that unfortunately hearsay evidence is not admissible in court unless a statue or rule provides otherwise and in this case it would be hard to prove unless there is or was evidential pattern of deceptive practices. So, needless to say, this was my mistake and I bear the consequences of not waiting for the CarFax report. With that being said, ended up purchasing an extended warranty through AAA for sense of security for myself and my daughter in the event something major occurs with the vehicle. Since the purchase of my daughter’s vehicle there have been numerous instances in which I have been told that Intellicar of Dover has previously sold many vehicles with prior structural damage or have been involved in accident or number of accident that their CarFax equivalent report does not report. Most information came to light once their vehicles were taking to the Big 3 dealerships and true information was disclosed by CarFax. My only mistake in this matter was to be too trusting and believe Intellicar of Dover was an honest and reputable business! I recommend you steer clear of this dealership and take your hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. Again, the salesman, DeAngelo was awesome but Tim is dishonest and deceptive

I would NEVER recommend this place. Salesman Steve R Hughes and manager Tim are both liars. They are unprofessional and Tim lacks any semblance of professionalism. Beware of this dealership. Purchased my 2017 Kia Sorento on 9/18/20. Found out today it's been involved in 2 auto collisions. My warranty will not cover the cost to get my hood fixed for that reason. Dealer refuses to repair because I reported them to Better Business Bureau. Hood has not gone up since I've owned the vehicle. Worst mistake ever, purchasing a car from these ignorant, rude crooks.
