Drove over 50 miles to see two cars that were listed on Cars, com. One car was listed on the Carfax report as being in an accident, the other was listed as no reported accidents. When I arrived I found that the car that was listed with no reported accidents was obviously severely impacted in the front and the repair job looked like it had been done by a kid learning to do body work. The salesman at first tried to say the car had a clean carfax report but then eventully agreed with me after I pointed out the obvious flaws in the repair job. To make matters worse when I got in to test drive the car I noticed the fuel low light on and the car was almost completely out of gas (21 miles until empty). In addition, the exterior of the car was filthy and there was no windsheild washer fluid in the reservoir. The preparation on the other car that I came to see was better but someone had reset oil life indicator to show 100% when it was obvious that the oil hadn't been changed. The only reason I give Intellicar two stars overall is because the sales people were pleasant and the prices were very reasonable.

Love Them!
I have had a lot of bad luck with dealers and couldn't find anyone who was willing to work with me, but Mike at Intellicar has been really amazing. No matter what questions or concerns I had, he was willing to take the time to work with me and make sure we would find me a car. He didn't give up on me, and went out of his way to make sure I was helped and happy. You guys are great!

Got 'er done
I needed a car, yesterday, but everything kept falling through. Between financing as a student with little income and other issues, (my last car burnt after I had a recall fire hazard done 2 weeks before) I scoped some autos on the web and headed north to Dover. I came in with intentions to buy, and finance, a vehicle I saw online in as little time as possible (grouchy father as a driver and possible co-signer). Fortunately, that vehicle was having repairs and would not be returned to the dealership until a later date. However, Keith, our salesman, directed our attention toward several acceptable subs. Long story short, I was able to pay cash for a well-kept Corolla that should last me through grad school and drive off the lot in 2 hours or less. I have nothing but the best reviews. My vehicle problem was solved and I don't have another bill to pay every month.

Buyer beware
I went to intellicar 3/6/17 to look at a vehicle I saw online. Before heading out I called to make sure the car was still available and if the car needed any repairs. Keith, the salesman assured me nothing was wrong with it. After arriving with my wife and baby for the test drive, we were made to wait 15 minutes for one of the employees to return with the car from a lunchtime joyride. Then I see that the car is scuffed and scratched up, needs an oil change, gas tank is completely empty (why wouldnt the guy put a little gas in it knowing a customer was there to see it?) and the tires are low on air. Right away on the test drive I notice this car obviously needs new brakes. The violent shuddering when applying the brakes was unmistakable. I drive to firestone (which I highly recommend) for a $10 inspection. They tell me the tires are bald with one leaking air, the brakes need replaced, several body panels are damaged and loose, the wipers are streaking and one wheel has a bent rim and only 8 psi in the tire. I wonder to myself how they had the nerve to put this car on the lot, and worse, to straight up lie to a customers face about these obvious issues. They refused to budge on the price, then tried to tell me their dealer fee, which is usually $900, would be discounted to $700 to make up for the issues. Let me just say, I have bought many cars over the years and nobody is charging $900 in dealer fees. Maybe he thought I was an idiot. While I am outside pointing out the damage on the underbody to the salesman, I notice masking tape still attached to the car and that the whole front bumper has been hastily spray painted to cover up additional damage. Needless to say, we did not buy the car. Now I'm on here seeing that they are paying people for good reviews. This is a shady business and I would caution anyone from purchasing a car here based on my own experience. By the way, I only paid $125 in dealer fees where I ended up buying my car. Buyer Beware!

Excellent Service by Mike Pennewell
Let me start off by saying Michael Pennewell is such a wonderful person. My car broke down on a Monday, by the middle of the day Wednesday I was driving home in a new car. I had never purchased a car before nor did I have the means for a down payment. Mike took care of all my needs and made it affordable for me!
