Purchased a vehicle from this dealership. Thought it was a good deal and had it shipped. Vehicle was completely misrepresented and none of the problems or imperfections were shown in the online photos. Verbatim email quote from salesman: "The vehicle is in great condition no scratches or blemishes only one owner and is up to date on all its service checks." These are problems with the vehicle: Large scratch on rear passenger door Big chip in windshield Dent and poor repair of front fender Scratches on door Large dent below rear window Large chunks on door handle missing Front passenger interior floor in pieces (parts missing) Both sunvisiors broken and hanging down Weatherstripping protruding from roof Interior filthy Horribly rusted undercarriage Antenna broken off After receiving vehicle I immediately asked for return authorization and refund. My calls were not returned. Finally got hold of manager days later. Return and refund were denied.

THEY LIED AND SAID A IT WOULD BE A SOFT HIT ON MY CREDIT TURNED OUT TO BE A HARD HIT. THEY SOLD ME A CAR LAST YEAR AND LESS THAN A YEAR LATER THE CAR BEGAN OVERHEATING AND EVENTUALLY THE ENGINE WENT. THEY ALSO WAITED UNTIL THE LAST MINUTE TO GET MY TITLE, IF I DID NOT STAY ON THEM THE DEADLINE WOULD HAVE PASSED. THESE ARE JUST FACTS. PERSONALLY I FEEL AS THOUGH THEY PROP CARS UP LONG ENOUGH TO GET YOUR MONEY. THEY WON'T REFUND IF YOU HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART. DOING BUSINESS WITH THEM WILL MAKE YOU FEEL CHEATED. TELL EVERYONE DON'T TRUST INTELLICAR.
