We bought a Honda Ridgeline from Trusted Auto Brokers. Since we live out-of-state we did not test drive the truck. But the photos on Trusted’s website and clean CARFAX report prompted us to buy the Ridgeline. True enough the truck is in excellent shape. The engine runs smooth and the finish is spotless inside and out. We sealed the deal on a Monday and the Ridgeline was delivered to us in Texas on Thursday the same week. Much faster than expected. The service at Trusted is hassle free and solid. We would buy a vehicle again from Trusted.

Looking for a used car is always filled with apprehension and anxiety. Who to trust, what to buy, budget, etc. I can not speak highly enough about the guys at Trusted Auto Brokers. If you are looking for a great used vehicle, with price ranges from $5k-$60k look no further. All vehicles were spotless, and all inventory was inside a warehouse. These guys were fantastic from the moment we called to the moment we walked out with a car for my 16 year old new driver. For all those looking for a quality used car priced fairly, look no further. I have 2 other sons that will be looking soon for their first car and no doubt we will be back. You have to eventually trust someone when it comes to used cars,; trust these guys, you won't regret it!!

Called to see if a car was still available. Talked to salesman Eric, very pleasant on the phone. Asked if it has been inspected, and he said yes. Make appointment for that Saturday. Got there and had car all ready to go. Asked to see inspection paperwork, he said since I was coming up it did not get inspected. Took car for test drive multiple things wrong with car. Told him about the issues, and said would run thru shop. Eric said would call next when car is done. No call back, so called about a week later to see if car back from shop. Said no , but would call me back around 3 to let me know what's going on. No call back. Called a couple of days later, got same runaround will call me back around 3. No call back again. So called again about a week later, talked to Eric and said they will have car back soon, and I was on the list for him to call today. Right. So he said he would call me back and let me know what going on with the car. No call back again. Word of advice, if buying car from them. Have it inspected from someone you trust. Overall very poor service, Will not go back !!!

I came in knowing what I wanted in a car and figured they would try and sell me an overpriced car. Nope, they told me to check the car out, no one was trying to give me a sales pitch, they just let me inspect the car, take it out for a ride and ask questions about it. Overall no BS, we're very informative, and we negotiated a deal within 15 minutes.

In and out w/30 minutes. It took us longer to test drive the car, than to buy it. Straight forward and to the point. The car had a few scratches that needed repair. We compromised and will be picking it up shortly. Best experience I’ve had buying a car in years. We look forward to a long business relationship w/Nick.

Easy to work with, we made a deal in about 10 minutes and when we came back to do the paperwork, we were in and out in about 20 minutes. No pushy sales, no hype, Carfax for the vehicle, this is a good place to find a used car

Bought a super clean 2004 Honda Pilot from these guys in a pinch for my son at college. I was a little apprehensive as they are a small operation and tucked out of the way. But I was impressed at the no-pressure environment and their selection of vehicles. They let me put it up on their rack and take my time going over it. Let me drive it as much as I wanted and they gave me a very fair price. They even arranged to have it shipped to my son in another state. They gave me a very fair deal on an amazingly clean and mechanically sound vehicle. I would definitely do business with these guys again.

I needed a reliable used vehicle. I had a small down payment and an aged vehicle to trade-in. Despite my financial constraints, Jose and Tommy worked with me. I was able to purchase a nice, reliable used vehicle, with low monthly payments, over a short time period. Although I had never heard of Trusted Auto Brokers before stumbling across them on the internet, I'm glad I took the chance and stopped by their dealership. I highly recommend them! The staff is laid back, yet knowledgeable and professional. And, I greatly appreciate Jose for always telling me the truth and being realistic about what I could and could not (comfortably) afford. Their site says they approve everyone.... don't believe it. I was ignored constantly, calls always go to voice mail, never returned my call when he said he would even though he had my number. it would of been more professional and a much better relief to tell me I was denied than to just leave me hanging....
