Kattya was great to work with, and it was by far the best ( I stole this statement, because I couldn’t agree more). She is friendly and knowledgeable. She understood what we need, and made sure our car shopping process be as efficient as it can get .

The only good thing about this place is that they are local. Good luck getting anyone on the phone. Good luck getting anyone to call you back. Good luck getting anything close to a fair price. Good luck finding anyone on property who gives a crap. I bought a 2019 Jetta for my daughter and quickly found out that ONLY the dealership can change the oil. It's always a hassle as I have yet to figure out the code to get anyone on the phone. However, it seems that when we do... a check engine light comes on a day or so later that's 'oil change' adjacent and it costs xxxx to get fixed and took 6... SIX... HOURS for someone to call back and report what the car reported. Love the car. Old Testament hate this place. There is Firestone (of which sits at the right hand of Satan in xxxx), Comcast Customer Support, and then Lee's Summit Volkswagen. Avoid all of them and you're doing great! This place is absolute trash and a waste of fantastic real estate. Close it and open a Chick-Fil-A. You guys can't do vehicles... maybe try chicken? Check out Derek's Automotive if you're local and want someone who's honest.

I bought my car new, here. And, they have not given me top notch service the whole nine years. And, t I was over charged for it. Now, they can't even get my car in a lift to inspect the damages!! These people have no idea what they are doing.

My service advisor William Keith was great.
My service advisor William Keith was great. He met me before I got out of my car and was pleasant, thorough and quick to get me checked in for service and found me when the service was completed. He also explained everything that was completed. I highly recommend him as your service advisor.

I took my car in for services for my collision sensors. Matt, my service advisor was very professional, thorough and engaging. All of my experiences and interactions with staff has been exemplary. Keep up the good work that you do. I have personally referred several friends to the dealership and personally to Michael Porter, a member of the sales who took care of me last year!!

Nice enough people, but right now I'm not convince we
Nice enough people, but right now I'm not convince we aren't guessing and throwing parts at a problem. I've just had to schedule my third appointment for a problem they have assured me has solved the problem. Each time we get less than 30 miles from the shop and the check engine light comes on again. Into it for two trips X $500 same issue. We'll see if the third time is the charm.
