Both Moudy (our salesperson) and Serdar (Sales Manager) were excellent to deal with. Moudy took the time and effort to answer all of our questions and would respond to texts and emails in a very timely manner. Serdar did what he could to make the deal work and was transparent. There are many dealerships in Miami but most do not prioritize customer service and experience. Both Moudy and Serdar focussed on the customer experience and made the process of leasing a car relatively painless!

Contacted them via website on a Volvo. Diana (internet sales) assisted me via phone. Went to the dealership at 10 am and Oscar took me for a test drive, explained the car's features and we began the paperwork. I was able to get Teacher and Costco discount. What I was quoted was the TRUTH!!! No hidden charges or fees. By noon I had my new car! Would highly recommend!!!!

Most people know that purchasing a new vehicle can be a stressful experience, sometimes it comes down to you versus them. To my pleasant surprise when I went to purchase a vehicle from Volvo of North Miami I was met by Moudy [ I had spoken to him prior to arriving at the dealership]. One could not ask for a more pleasant and knowledgeable sales representative to deal with when buying a new vehicle. While all the paperwork and discussions can take a bit of time the experience I had at this dealership was excellent! Moudy was great as well as others I spoke to during the course of my purchase. I certainly would recommend this Volvo Dealership if you are interested in a Volvo. The price was fair and reasonable and when I left with my new SUV I did not feel that I was taken for a ride, rather I left feeling that I received a price that was fair to the dealership and to me.
