My 2012 Chevy Traverse has had many electrical issues. i've replaced my battery and alternator 3 times each, starter, throttle, petal position sensor, and transmission (complete rebuild) because of electrical issues. i've been to numerous dealerships looking for a replacement vehicle but almost all attract with low price deals that often are for qualified patrons or based on a prescribed assumed down payment. This is what i expected when i arrived at Volvo Cars North Miami, but the true experience was completely opposite of what I expected. Yandi treated me like a familiar friend while we previewed the car i would ultimately purchase. the real experience is that they didn't use clever tactics or language to disarm me, they simply laid out the full experience up front. they showed me all the numbers, nothing hidden, nothing implied. Once i sat down with JC, the finance officer, she never shamed me or pressured me into purchasing anything above and beyond what i requested. As i expressed my joy and reverence for their lack of sugarcoating the numbers, i want to also impress on anyone reading this, there is NO OTHER car dealer i will ever give my business to. Not only is my Volvo S90 an impressive car, but Volvo Cars North Miami is a beacon of hope for those looking to feel more human while on their journey for a new expression of travel. a special thanks to Adrian and the parking lot security guard for providing a great personal experience.
