BUYER BEWARE!! They will sell you a car knowing there are problems. They do not offer any lender/rental while they work on your car. They had my car for 5 days leaving me to pay for Uber's to and from work. “No problems were found” …. Now I am sitting broke down in a parking lot in this lemon, alone, in the cold! Please don't let this happen to you. I have never regretted purchasing a car in 25 years. Absolutely devastated, and its freezing. Yall literally left me in the cold! No one deserves this.

We have been buying cars from a dealer down the street for several decades now, but this year decided to buy a brand-new Volkswagen instead. It is a decision we continue to regret. The car has been plagued with problems, some of which they tell us they still don't have a solution. The service has been tepid at best. When I took my truck into a nearby dealer for service, they gave me a rental car to use and the mechanic who did the work did a walk-around, showing me everything he observed about the condition of my car. Not a requirement, but certainly an unexpected bonus. When we bought our Volkswagen, they dealer put every effort into making sure they maximized their profits, which is to be expected in today's business climate. They are selling a premium product and expect to make a premium profit. However, I expect to get premium service in return when things don't go as expected. Right now, this dealership is not keeping their end of the bargain.
