I had a wonderful experience with iDeal Auto. They provided top notch service! I have a growing family and my husband and I were searching for a vehicle that will accommodate all of our children (all in car seats, 3 to be exact). We found exactly what we wanted, not to mention we received a great trade-in amount for my vehicle, we also received a great deal on the vehicle we ended up purchasing. We were able purchase an awesome warranty as well at an affordable price (they offer several options if you want to add a warranty onto the vehicle being purchased)!!! Their vehicles are affordable and they are willing to work with you on the price, the staff is very friendly and laid back. I never felt pressured, and the care they give their customers is unheard of nowadays! This was the absolute BEST car buying experience by FAR that I have ever had, seriously!!!! The service they provide is just off the charts! I cannot even put into words how impressed and appreciative I am of these guys!!! My husband and I had visited other local car lots before visiting iDeal Auto and I was not pleased with any of the others or the way they did business. iDeal Auto made up for that and all the time my husband and I felt we had wasted at the other places!! Will and Brett are just amazing to work with!!!! Great, great guys, you never get that car salesmen feel from this place, believe me these guys are not just there to make a dollar they are sincere people!!! Everyone there seemed very friendly, but of course I have to recommend Will and Brett as they were the two that took such good care of my husband and I. They worked with us, helped us get the payment we wanted, and we had a good time during our whole visit!!! They are genuine, down to earth people. They will go above and beyond to help any way they can to try to give you everything that you want. This was a one of a kind car dealer, and I WILL absolutely recommend them to all my friends and family! Absolutely, completely, whole heartedly, super stellar service!!!!!

I am so thankful for Scott Asycue at Ideal Auto for helping me with the financing of my pre-owned vehicle. This was a very stressful time for me because my car was on its last leg due the fact that the transmission was quickly going. A friend of a friend had Scott to contact me and he was able to take all of my information over the phone and get me approved quickly. After work, I stopped by his auto lot to make a selection and the rest is history. I purchased a Ford Explorer Limited with all the bells and whistles. Scott could not have been easier to get along with. I called to confirm the car I wanted was available. When I arrived he had it ready for me and let me check it out. I ended up purchasing it from him and I am thrilled with the car and the price. My only regret is that I did't finance it with him. I already had pre-approval from my bank but finalizing that was slow and complicated. Scott could have saved me time there and gotten me a better rate! Great guy who sells cars. No pressure. Gave me a fair price on my trade in. I drove over 60 miles to deal with him and I would do it all over again.
