Stay away from this dealership! Worst experience- bait & switch tactics used. Went in to purchase a 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee we saw on their website. The car was sold the day before. Salesman told us he had a used 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee with extremely low miles & a lot of options. Put a deposit down to hold the car. Paperwork was not ready at our 1st scheduled appointment. After 5 minutes our Salesman had multiple excuses as to why the paperwork was not ready & did not seem to care that we wasted our day & had to arrange a return visit. When we called to ensure the paperwork was ready our calls went several times to voicemail. Second appointment to purchase the car an additional $1298 was added to the sale to” certify” the car that was not disclosed when deal was made. When I asked other dealerships ( Jeep & GMC) about this “additional” fee; there is no additional fee added to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. Paperwork was still not ready when sat down with finance person. Loan payment & rate changed from our initial visit. No deal was made. Asked for deposit back & was told it would be credited back to my credit card in 5 days as that was company policy. Needless to say I left with my deposit receipt as I had no intention of ever returning to Best Jeep. Went to Central 44 in Raynham & bought a 2025 Grand Cherokee- better deal on the vehicle. Sales staff was excellent.
