DON’T BUY USED VEHICLES FROM CAMELBACK

’m from Tucson, Az. I just bought a used 2013 Subaru Forester this past Friday night 6-5-20. My car didn’t even make it home before the CHECK ENGINE light came on. I spoke with manager Robert Cooper, I told him I wanted to return the car and get my $2,000.00 deposit back. He told me I couldn’t do that and for me to take it to Autozone so they can test to see what’s wrong with the engine then give him the code. I asked who will be responsible for the repairs and he refused to answer that question. He also refused to give me his bosses name or any corporate information. He also said there is no Arizona lemon law that protects me since it is a used vehicle. If you’re considering buying a used vehicle from Camelback Kia or any Camelback dealerships I strongly advise that you don’t.

Since you live in Tucson we wanted to make the process of finding out what may have been causing the issue easier which is why our team suggested going to get the code from a local dealer or Autozone. Oftentimes it can be a loose gas cap or something simple and we did not want you to have to drive all the way back if it wasn't necessary. Go ANYWHERE but here

Worst "customer service" experience EVER! From the moment I arrived on the lot everyone had a poor attitude, but lucky for them they had the exact car I was looking for. So despite the red flags, I went ahead with the deal... my MAJOR mistake. Between the games, the " I don't know, you will have to talk to someone else", and the lies, I have ZERO idea how they are still in business. They sent a lot guy to fill out paperwork with me so now I am dealing with the repercussions of that, and they refuse to help. Spent way over what I should have on a remote start, only to have some after market xxx installed.. was I ever told that would be the case? Does anyone care to make it better? Obviously not. And the "mangers" there are about as capable as a group of circus xxxxxxx. If I have one piece of advice.. RUN! Go to Mark Kia or Rodeo Kia, way more professional and just nice people.

It's a Kia unit not an aftermarket piece but as we mentioned it's a separate fob. We understand after it was installed you wanted an all-in-one unit on your original key fob and currently that doesn't exist on a Kia part at this time. LOVE MY STINGER GT

Man such a great experience here. Have to give a big shout out to Robert, Ryan, Edgar and last but not least Regina. They went above and beyond to get me into the Stinger GT when my situation wasn’t the best. If it wasn’t for them I would of not gotten the vehicle I wanted. Super happy and pleased with them and not complaining about me constantly calling them for updates. Thanks again guys!

New Car

Came in as this dealer is closest to me. Had heard mixed reviews. Very smooth and easy process,knowledgeable staff, clean facility.Great deal on my new car. Highly recommend!

Don't get a Kia

Careful dealing with this service department. They replaced my faulty engine after it passed the recall test and then died on the side of the freeway. Their fabulous technicians then clamped my oil line while replacing the engine which then led to my turbo going out. Of course, they are now denying responsibility and refusing to cover that. Attempted to escalate it through Kia Corporate and that is a worthless cause. Lastly, the service manager also insinuated that their products really aren't built to last much longer than warranty goes. The poor service I have received has my family and friends ready to sell their current Kia and look for a more reliable car, thinking Toyata or Honda. *I would strongly advise you to look elsewhere, don't get a Kia.

worst experience ever will not go back did not want to fix warranty work but found all sorts of other stuff to bill me for

Not Sold on Kia

I was never a fan of KIA but the salesman DC helped change my opinion. The staff was friendly and very confident in the brand they were selling. I asked lots of questions and they answered them all. The deal went past closing time but the team never once looked at there watches as I was making up my mind if I wanted to buy or not. Great experience and would highly recommed others to check them out.

Great customer service
