Camelback Kia

I read in Consumer's Report, Car and Driver Magazine and U.S. News & World Report that the Kia Optima was highly rated. At my age of 63, I have purchased and leased a lot of cars. My buying experience at Camelback Kia in Phoenix, Az. was excellent. No pressure, basic good service from salesman, Robert, and manager, Wade. Thank you!

Kia Niro

The deal took too long. I told them from the start I was pre-approved through USAA and was talked into going through the dealership for a better rate. Then after having the car for a week I get a call on a Sunday night saying the bank approved my loan but instead of 84 months they would only do 72. This would have increased my monthly payment which is not what I wanted. The percentage wasn't as important as the monthly payment as I don't expect to take the whole 84 months to pay it off. I wound up going through USAA after all and this could have been avoided if they would have let me do what I wanted in the first place. I would like to make a suggestion to Kia regarding the Android Play feature. I bought the car mainly to drive for Lyft and if I have the phone plugged into the car USB I can no longer use my phone for the Lyft app to except rides and navigate so the Google maps feature is useless to me. It would be nice if the Lyft app was available on the car.

A Customer

Buying process was excellent. Salesman was excellent. F&I man nearly cost you a sale. When you have to tell him upwards of 10 times that you don't want to buy what you are selling, it became quite annoying. If I had known that I was going to go through that I would have gone somewhere else. That guy is strictly high pressure and I did not appreciate it.

Baha was great and helpful. Overall the experience was good, but there was some shadiness involved, but not on baha's part. From the people that were running the numbers. I do wish they had a bigger selection of Rios on hand. Thanks

We bought a KIA Sorento and we LOVE it!!!!!

We LOVE our new KIA!!! We just purchased a Sorento! It is everything we wanted and more!! We haven't purchased a brand new vehicle in over 18 years. It was time for a new ride! Our family is highly satisfied!!! There is room for all 7 of us! It is beautiful inside and out!!!! It is perfect!!! The reliability and safety reviews are what led us to this particular model and brand. KIA sure knew what they were doing when they made this vehicle! We are so spoiled driving this luxurious Sorento down the road. Thank you KIA for amazing vehicle! Thank you for keeping safety, reliability and family in mind! We are in LOVE with this KIA Sorwnto!!!! We love Camelback KIA! They were amazing!! Thank you to our salespeople Zach and Elissa! They made it such a great experience! When they pulled the vehicle around for us to test drive, they opened all the doors and the hood for us to see it all. Zach told us everything he knew about the Sorento inside and out. It confirmed to us that we were about to test drive an amazing vehicle. The techno gadgets are amazing!!! Wow!! The V-6 was the only way to go for us! We loved the power!! Zach and Eissa were with us every step of the way! We did wait a long while for financing. It was a busy Saturday afternoon. They helped us set up our Android Carplay before we left. It is amazing! We love it!! We also got to hit the gong in the lobby because we just bought a new car!!! Great experience! We would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a vehicle. We would reccommend a KIA Sorento to anyone in the market for an amazing out of this world crossover! We are in LOVE with our KIA Sorento!!

Awesome!!

Had a great experience buying my first Optima. It was my second dealership that day and a guy named Sam helped me out pretty great. He's bilingual so he can help the Spanish speakers out. I will definitely recommend purchasing a vehicle there.
