No online or out of state business
Worst experience ever. I call from other state because I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. I asked for additional fees and all cost involved. They refuse to give me any info saying it’s only in person. Why do you bother advertising your vehicles on nation wide websites if you have all your information hidden and don’t want to do business online or over the phone. Completely outdated to what happens on the market. After all that I saw the reviews online and I’m glad I did not do business. No transparency at all. I do not recommend
Quick and straight forward.
Andrew was pleasant to work with. We came to an agreement pretty easily and I got what I wanted at a good price. I was in and out in about an hour on a busy Saturday. I'm happy with the truck I bought and it was overall a very nice experience.
Sells cars out from under people
Was approved for a car and they were well aware that I would be purchasing the car as soon as I received my paystub in a few days and they turned around and sold it the day they notified me I was approved.
Excellent buying experience. We had been doing our homework in searching for a car and reading customer reviews on both the car and the dealership for several weeks. We called the day before to make sure the car was still available, then we drove an hour and a half the next morning and the car was out front waiting on us. We met with Heath and took it for a short drive and found it to be everything that it was represented to be. We made a realistic and fair offer, they came back with a counter offer, we came up just slightly and the deal was done. This is my favorite way to buy a car, with both parties being fare and realistic making the process a pleasure. We found a great car for a college student at a great price. We would definitely recommend this dealership.
All about money not service
Set up an appointment at 7:15 to buy a 2013 Ford Escape. I set the appointment for a Monday Bc that’s the soonest I could get there because they are located 3 hours from my house. So at about 6:40 (2 1/2 hours into the drive) I get a call “the 2013 Ford Escape has been sold” (told by a completely different salesman than I’ve been talking to for the past 4 day. So I contacted my salesman at 6:45, she never answered I left a message “you sold the car? I’m 2 1/2 hours into my drive!?” (My appointment was 7:15-8) and she never got back to me. Complete waist of time and money. Very in trustworthy. I went up the road to “Ohio motor cars” (real close to Cleveland) and that is service!! It was 8 (they close at 6) and I called and the owner came out and made a deal with me and I bought a car. Don’t waste time here go get some real people service. Thank you
Terrible online marketing
They need to fix the misleading inventory on their website. I went to look at a car that was listed and it did not exist!

Quick and easy purchase, happy with choosing this dealership. This is the 2nd vehicle I bought from here. No high pressure sales, I would reccomend checking here first when vehicle shopping.
I am out of state trying to find a car . I called and asked for pictures she said she caint do that very rude!
Salesmen was lazy and arrogant
I found the car with no help. The salesman Heath Sanders not once went to the vehicle to explain anything one way or another. I ask if it had any issues he didn't respond. Most of them are minor however the back seat is broken won't move forward top allow persons to get into the back seat that's going to cost. He lied and said he'd lower the price however it was listed at $4995. I walked in with all cash and a trade in and still paid $4700. Heath was not personable at all and when you're spending that type of cash you expect more than a guy tat just sits behind the desk except to make copies. I liked the vehicle or I would've walked out. After thought I should have walked out. He has probably cost the dealership business.
Not very welcoming
Well I made an appt...to test drive a vehicle i was interested in...i was told if i made an appt i would get a Target gift card(didn't get it) walked in after a couple of seconds of looking completely lost i was greeted with a hello..no name given...I went out to test drive came back feeling like I wasted my time for the simple fact that the vehicle had a cracked windshield... low pressure light on...airbag light on as if it was something wrong with it ...sales guy just very dry I dont even know his name...didnt even try...could have walked out or unlocked the door to look at another vehicle I was interested in just lazy!! I hope hes not a supervisor!! No customer service skills at all.
