Highly recommended dealership

We have purchased numerous vehicles from Economy, they are always very accommodating, friendly and knowledgeable. They go above and beyond to get you into the vehicle of your choice. We recommend them hands down.

Amazing place to get a car and amazing people

Fantastic we were in and out I would recommend coming here amazing people and they are really respectful to you and if I am looking for a new car in the nest couple years I will come back

Just gave them money

Purchased a 2012 volkswagon beetle drove it back to Cleveland got off the freeway and it stopped paid almost 9000 cash for it. Now it’s at volkswagon dealership 3000 to have it repaired. Don’t purchase anything from them…

Won't negotiate at all

This is the only car lot I have ever been to that would not negotiate on price. The manager was rude and condescending and we drove 4 hours one way to visit this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

No Pressure and Everyone was Friendly

No Pressure. I originally intended on buying a car outright without any financing. I found a truck there that was above what I was looking to spend BUT WELL UNDER what every place else was asking for on a truck in this condition. I was hesitant on doing financing at first, and they did not pressure me at all. I was able to leave without anyone chasing me out the door. They seemed to respect my worry of financing. Because of this, I returned later and purchased the vehicle.

Bait and switch!!

I had previously purchased a vehicle 4 1/2 years ago that I still drive and am very happy with. So recently I decided to look for another vehicle and thought it would be a great idea to go back to Economy. So.. I found a vehicle online and scheduled a test drive for today, 03/03/22. Imagine my surprise when I get to the dealership and discovered I was a victim of the "bait and switch". I walk in the door and they inform me that the vehicle was sold yesterday. So my thought is that they never had the vehicle and were trying to get me into something much more expensive. I turned and walked out! Far cry from the honest place I went to 4 1/2 years ago.

Rude. Don’t waste your time.

Rude service. Outdated policies. Horrible treatment when looking for more information. We were told that the dealership is only for locals and not people coming from out of town. What a joke.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I am beyond displeased with the lack of organization this dealership offers. I contacted them Monday for a car we were seriously considering purchasing. Confirmed an appointment for Tuesday morning. Tuesday morning came, was contacted just before 8am to confirm I was coming and that they car in question was available. I was to be there at 9:30 but was running slightly late and told Angelina that I would be there at 9:45 instead. She told me that was absolutely fine and she'd see me soon. As I was pulling into the dealership, 40 minutes from home, I received a call from a salesman telling me that the car was sold. Someone supposedly put a deposit down on it the night prior and that it was being picked up today. When I asked about why I was confirmed an appt for this just 45 mins prior -- I was told "sorry, just wanted to catch you before it was too late..." I wasted gas driving there for nothing and 80 mins of my time. Completely unprofessional and incredibly annoying. And now I see from the reviews, that this has happened numerous times. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

If zero stars was an option…

Just don’t. If you are a young adult with a bank approved loan, please please please do not buy a turbo car from Economy Auto Outlet. Their “no pressure” policy is there to make you feel like you’re making the best decision. Please, do not buy from them. They tried selling me a vehicle in “clean” condition that was extremely unsafe. Be safe and be careful out there.

No online or out of state business

Worst experience ever. I call from other state because I wanted to buy one of their vehicles. I asked for additional fees and all cost involved. They refuse to give me any info saying it’s only in person. Why do you bother advertising your vehicles on nation wide websites if you have all your information hidden and don’t want to do business online or over the phone. Completely outdated to what happens on the market. After all that I saw the reviews online and I’m glad I did not do business. No transparency at all. I do not recommend
