Avoid Economy Auto Outlet.
Avoid Economy Auto Outlet. I made an appointment with Celeste to see a Kia K5 that’s been on their lot for nearly a year. They really don’t want you to walk in— they push customers to make appointments to ensure they will be there for you and they promise a gift card. When I arrived she wasn’t there. A technician put me in the car for a test drive and the car had low tire pressure, a service needed light and was dirty. When I returned I asked them the going finance rate and they said between 8 and 25%! When I told them I’d get financing elsewhere they were no longer interested in dealing with me. This is the first time I’ve ever left a dealership where none of salespeople gave me their card. As with many other reviews, I also didn’t receive the Target gift card. A couple days later the price of the car increased by $4,900! They don’t mention that the car has 4,000 miles more miles than listed. I called to talk to Celeste and she tried to tell me it was a different car and then pretended she had no idea why the price went up. She promised to send me the gift card. Guess what never came? Stay away!

Celeste wasn't there and they had sold the vehicle I was interested in. I drove over 200 miles, 3 hrs 20 min, and used over a 1/2 a tank of gas, and they could not tell me it sold. Prior to, or during my trip. Guess the favorite the bait & switch tactic. Cause they have communicated numerous times since my appointment. Very disappointing.

Nice Place
Came with someone to look at a car. They were friendly and helpful. The inside could use some updating. New Blinds, New Furniture....Make it look a little more accommodating for people with bad knees.

Not all heros wear capes!
Made an appt to purchase a truck I had test drove that wasn't yet advertised online. Meanwhile my inquiries on said truck could not be met on account that, "it isn't in the system yet". So I booked an appt as advised, drove 40 min to discover it had been sold.??? Defeated and discouraged, Andrew assisted me and exceeded my expectations. With Andrew and Dale's guidance and perseverance, we were able to come to an agreement, and drive home in a truck I am extremely happy with.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!! I met with Steve and I can’t say enough great things about him! He was very knowledgeable, HONEST & no pressure AT ALL! I had my eye on one of their SUV’s for a few days. I scheduled an appointment to test drive it & they had the car ready when we got there. They made a surprisingly GREAT offer on my trade which was MOST impressive! We were in and out in 3 hours! Every time I have bought a car from anywhere else I was there for the entire day! Steve was very clear about everything and made sure I was aware that all of their cars are sold “As Is”. He also recommended that I feel free to take it to my mechanic to inspect it if I chose. I would definitely recommend coming here. Steve was so pleasant and very genuinely honest about the entire trade/sale so I really felt like I was in good hands. As far as the “As Is” purchase, in my opinion, you are taking a chance anytime you buy a car. I have bought a brand new car before that was a lemon and the dealership was horrible at handling the situation. At least here you go into it without a false sense of security & without any pressure. Highly recommended!!!! I LOVE my SUV!

Just gave them money
Purchased a 2012 volkswagon beetle drove it back to Cleveland got off the freeway and it stopped paid almost 9000 cash for it. Now it’s at volkswagon dealership 3000 to have it repaired. Don’t purchase anything from them…

Won't negotiate at all
This is the only car lot I have ever been to that would not negotiate on price. The manager was rude and condescending and we drove 4 hours one way to visit this dealership. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
