Cesar was a gem. I’ve always had a car savvy advocate in the process and he had a way of making me feel in control. All of his reviews and managers spoke highly of him and I can easily understand why. He has an innate sense of adaptability, was a very active listener and an even better communicator, and embraced a positive attitude. Christian was a pleasure to work with. I knew what car I was looking for and he worked diligently to help me get the car I wanted in the price range I needed. Even when I left the title for my trade in at home he agreed to meet me closer to my residence versus me bringing it to the leadership saving me from having to drive the 19 miles back to the dealership. Also I left a special key chain on the keys of my trade in and he agreed to mail the key chain back to me. I truly appreciate working with Christian and him helping me to get me into my car. Very poor responding to inquiry regarding vehicle there selling and once they finally called they said the vehicle was sold but still on cars.com 2 weeks later
