The service mechanics need to do there job and check
The service mechanics need to do there job and check there work out, we took the car in for service and to fix the problem with AC unit, when you have the recirculating for the inside on it turns cold but then kicks off and won’t go back on. Thats the problem, did some research on it and that’s been a problem on some, so we would like to get it fixed

She answered any question I had during the process from beginning to end with patience and grace. All the staff from sales to finance did a great job making feel comfortable and unpressured. Totally enjoyed my experience.

I told David, my salesman, I was not going to purchase
I told David, my salesman, I was not going to purchase the vehicle unless they got the certification of CPO done. He assured me it was done. I went to the dealership to get the paperwork because they didn’t give it to me at time of sale. They gave me a work order and a 135 point inspection with no VIN verifying it was for MY vehicle. So, I called Kia consumer affairs the next day to verify and they told me it was NOT done. I’m currently working with them to get this solved. THIS IS A PROBLEM! The car is a 2025 with 5k miles. Should have been done. Other issue is the finance guy tried to sell me on extended warranties and told me the maintenance warranty included oil changes, all filters changed and all fluids done for 5 years. I looked in my contract later and saw he signed me up for ONLY oil changes. I felt scammed, so I came in and cancelled the extended warranty and maintenance warranty and they told me it could take 16 WEEKS?!?! All in all, I felt this was all very shady, I’m not happy.
