This is the 3rd vehicle in the last 4 years that I have purchased from Jim Click Hyundai. All three have been outstanding vehicles and are complemented by the professional sales team and financing department. When I need to buy or lease a Hyundai, I call my sales person, Khalid Elassari. I tell him what I am looking for and he always finds what I need at a great price.

Painless car buying experience.
The staff a Jim Click Eastside went the extra mile to find me the lowest interest rate for my new auto loan. All associates and sales staff were courteous and helpful. Highly recommend this dealership.

Kimberly listened to our needs and only showed us vehicles accordingly. She was very professional, knowledgeable, personable, and a joy to work with. I only wish I could remember the sales manager's name. He even saw to it that the Gap Insurance was included. These days you just can't be with out it.

It took all day.
the first car that I bought was missing some security thing because it would not start. they sent out Kalil from sales to fix it. when I tried to drive it after he left, I had no brakes no a/c and there was a light on my dash. I called Kalil, he was angry that he had to come back. we sat in his car and he called a tow truck. I advised I would not be purchasing a new car that needs repair, he kept insisting its no problem and I could have a rental. I said no a lot. finally back at lot, next car had a constant hum that no one could figure out. Finally got my 3rd car, but instead on tan/blk it was gray/blk. I was told I could have like 5 detail cleanings since all the problems but I never got anything in writing. Julian was the highlight of the whole experience.

Wonderful car buying experience
If customer service matters to you, come to this place. Don't let that make you think that you have to give up low prices though; this place has it all. Julian aided me professionally and patiently in finding a vehicle that was right for me, didn't give me any ultimatums or play hard ball when discussing pricing options, and made sure that I was comfortable while I was there (he even got me some pizza for lunch while I was finding insurance, which he also guided me through). After hearing horror stories from friends about how difficult/stressful it is to buy a car, this was truly a standout experience.

Carlos was friendly ,professional, I explained what I was looking for and he. Review the way the systems in the car worked ,the services I would get with leasing, I had a very pleasant experience and would come back again. Carlos followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with my new car. And that I was set up with the service department.
