2 new cars in 2 months

Bought a new car 2 months ago and liked it so much we just bought another. Pedro Diaz was very comfortable to deal with on both purchases and has been very helpful after the purchase as well.

Wonderfull, and i now have a new car.

Very good, the sales man was very nice and good to talk to and informative. Everything was well explained and covered. I enjoyed my first visit to Jim Click Hyundai and will go back again to by a NEW car. Thank you for all your help and time.

Myrna in Service Dept

Was wonderful! I think there needs to be better communication between the Sales Associates and the Service Dept...when the Sales person makes an appointment with me for the Service Dept and then they are too busy to help me...only people there to deal with it...are the Service Dept associates...schedule jobs better and you will have happier customers! Thank you Myrna for making everyone else look good!

pleasant

Our first Hyundia purchase

The day I purchased our new Tucson, I was on the fence whether to buy a new car or not. I had been looking at a few vehicles and wanted to look at the Tucson before I made my decision. Our Salesman greeted us, knew I wasn't going to buy today, but took the time to show me some vehicles and went for 2 test drives. Carlos was very friendly, actually listened to what I was saying trying to give me all my options on a purchase when I was ready. I ended up purchasing a Tucson that day, not because I had a pushy salesman, because he wasn't! Carlos was great! I've had car dealers in the past throw my keys on top of their building's roof till I would agree to buy a car from them. This was not the case here! All the staff was friendly. I never felt pushed to buy, nor coursed into purchasing the most expensive model. I can actually say it was a pleasant experience. Most time's you'd have to agree, you'd rather get your teeth pulled than work with dealer's who pressure you! Carlos and all the staff were/are great to deal with!
