Issues began in 2019 and continued.

Issues began in 2019 and continued. Known issue of oil consumption. We jumped through the hoops twice of a “wash” and test - of course, “it passed.” Ricky, who I was told at the time was the Service Manager, confessed to me that Kia would not do anything until the engine blew. We continued maintenance and checking oil level consistently. Had my car towed in on Wednesday, March 6. Ebony told us it could be two weeks before they got to it. Today, March 29, our car has not been assessed. They do not provide a loaner. Called today because a message left on Tuesday was not returned. Spoke with Arie and was told Jeremiah is off today so I asked to speak with the Service Manager. She says his name is Jeff and gives me her word Jeff will return my call today. Ebony called (instead of Jeff) to say there are 7 more cars ahead of us and it will be at least two more weeks! I told her this is unacceptable. They did say we could take it to another dealership, but we’ll need to do the work of calling around to find one who is not backed up like them. That’s right, more work for us. This is our reward for buying a Kia. AND, we would have to pay the bill AGAIN for it to be towed. I told her to have Jeff call me. 5:14pm now and still no call. DO NOT BUY A KIA AND IF YOU DO, AVOID SONS KIA!

0 stars if possible. 3 months no vehicle, no loaner vehicle. No notes in the system 2 months of vehicle in their possession. Sons Kia has horrible service, when first brought of the safety concen of a transmission of not going into gear at 20000miles, service said no rush they had 15 other vehicles with similar issues.... that was the start of a 3 month issue october 15 2023, did get vehicle back until jan 2024. No holiday visit cause warranty only covers 40 bucks a day on rental (dont know where they rent from) and no loaner on hand. There was no care from anyone at sons kia outside of kia corp affairs and they have no control of service, or so they say. Worst experience and the fact i paid for a car i couldnt use after 20,000 miles is ridiculous. I am seeking a refund and have entered BBB compliant along with kia affairs request. If you want to feel like you are wasting time and money, Sons Kia is the place for you.

THEY APPARENTLY HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE DOING AND HOW TO CORRECTLY FIX KIA VEHICLES IN WHICH THEY SHOULD BE TRAINED TO FIX! THEIR SERVICE DIRECTOR JEFF IS RUDE AS ALL GET OUT AND APPARENTLY THINKS IT IS COMPLETELY NORMAL TO PAY $4,000 EACH YEAR FOR THE PAST 4 YEARS TO REPLACE A CATALYTIC CONVERTER THAT HAS FAILED IN THE VEHICLE THAT THEY DIDNT REPAIR PROPERLY IN THE FIRST PLACE! Please DO NOT waste your time or your hard earned money

Please DO NOT waste your time or your hard earned money on a KIA. They have the worst service department, the worst sales team I have ever experience. The KIA Sedona I purchased engine light started flashing and the refused to repair it, and demanded I have my vehicle picked up from their shop.

I took my Kia Optima to this dealer to have them check an

I took my Kia Optima to this dealer to have them check an alignment they did in August because I had to replace two tires that I just bought in July. They came back with the bolts were loose from suspension work I had done at another shop and they can’t do an alignment without the bolts being tightened. It would cost $522.00 for bolt tightening and alignment. My question was how did you align it in August because the suspension work and new tires were done at the end of July. Why didn’t you see the loose bolts in August when you did the original alignment. The whole reason I needed the alignment was because of the suspension work. They gave me a list of answers that didn’t make a whole lot of sense and when I asked point blank if it really cost $522 to tighten bolts and align a vehicle. The reply was yes with labor. This place is horrible. Makes me never want to purchase another KIA!! I have the original shop checking the bolts and I will find some place other than Kia to do the alignment. I plan to cut my losses with this place and I plan to tell all my friends and maybe even my enemies about the horrible experiences I’ve had with Son’s Kia of McDonough!!! Nobody deserves this quality of service. At least guarantee the work you did. I had all my receipts, they should have tightened the bolts( if this is true) and did the alignment that I paid for in August. They kept my car a whole week back then and never called with updates. If I hadn’t called them I might not have gotten my car back at all. Take a page from Chick- Fil-A!!! Customer Satisfaction!!!

Please don't go here. This has to be one of the most unprofessional and downright ghetto environments that I have ever experienced. The sad part is that it wasn't always like this. I have been getting my car serviced here for almost 10 years and the last couple of years it has gone down. I went there to get an oil change and the next day my check oil light came on which was not on when I took it there. When I went back to check what the issue was seeing how it wasn't there prior to their "alleged" service. They came up with $5000 dollars worth of repairs that were coincidently all related to the oil. such as turbo engine oil leaks etc. When I asked why didn't you find all of these leeks seeing how you were just under there doing the oil change? The answer I was given was "it was bad timing" I have made an official complaint with corporate regarding the poor, sub-par, and unprofessional service. They then tried to charge me a $179 diagnostic fee for looking at a problem that was caused by them. When I asked to speak to the manager the young lady named Ebony at the front desk laughed at me. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. This is a ghetto disgrace.

Ms. Ebony was very kindness and polite. She introduced herself, with brief details of what types of service will be performing on the vehicle and during the entire procedure of maintenance works, I was provided with courtesy updates status of the vehicle. Ms. Ebony has treated her customer with respect, and didn't hesitate to provide prompt assistance to find solutions that actually meet customer needs. Ms. Ebony allows me the time and privacy to attend a conference call while waiting on my vehicle to be serviced by a licensed mechanic. Taking about going the extra mile, not all areas of business offer this type of customer convenience. Ms. Ebony made sure she communicate clearly and concisely when involves the labor layout maintenance works for the vehicle. She provides me with the latest prices chart costs of the difference type of work that will perform on the vehicle and the estimated costs allowing me to remain within my budget range. The work and service were outstanding, prompt, and way beyond what could reasonably be expected. I sincerely appreciate your efficient, gracious customer service, the level of detail and accountability you have demonstrated on each project, and the way you conduct business as a whole. You have truly gone above and beyond your call of duty. Before leaving the building, Ms. Ebony asked me do I have any concerns about my vehicle and she walked me out to the car parking lobby to do a walk-through. Once again, I would like to thank Ms. Ebony for the quality of service provided by your company. Your performance of excellence has definitely earned and aimed at achieving a superior customer service rating.
