Horrible customer service, took my car in for a factory
Horrible customer service, took my car in for a factory recall, they never contacted me to come pick my car up, they did an uncontested tow off their lot. Cost me $454, the car had 9 recalls, don’t buy anything from these people.

If you are a single woman DO NOT take your car here or you will be Ripped off!!! they will tell you and try to sale you every lie in the book to take your money. The got me for $2000 dollars for 1 issue, I got the car back and it still had issues and they created new ones and tried to get me to give them $3500 more. Please find another dealer to fix your issues do not give them your business!!!!

The communication between the check-in and the technician was nonexistent. The work I needed done WAS NOT DONE!! I will never go back for service to Son’s Kia in McD.

Do not take your KIA here for service. What is the point to have an appointment for your vehicle to be looked at when they are going to keep it for 4 and then look at it. We dropped off our KIA Telluride that has less than 29k miles to be looked at. Our sunroof will not close all the way. We called and made an appointment and now we are being told it will not be until Monday until they will even look at it. With the rain we had from this past tropical storm, we haven’t been able to drive our SUV and now they are going to make sure we are crippled on our transportation. I have no plans to ever do business here again.

Our Telluride has less than 30k miles on it and our sunroof has jammed and will not close. I made an appointment with Sons KiA service dept. I had to make this appointment a week in advance, which was for this past Friday. I have not been able to drive my vehicle the previous week because of all the rain from the tropical storm that had pushed out of the gulf. My wife takes our suv to Sons , and the service agent Jeremiah. He told my wife that someone would take a look at the sunroof that day, and try to close it. No one was able to look at our telluride and it was pushed off until Saturday. When I call today, it’s now going to be pushed back to Monday just to look at it. What was the point to make an appointment? If it rains is it protected? They should have told us they were backed up, and we should off kept our car at home where I can grantee its safety from weather and bugs. Lack of professionalism that I have seen and given, I will drive the extra distance no to use Sons Kia to spend my money.

Well I can't trust this sons kia anymore its like they just hire any body that they just don't what the heck they are doing at all. One time I went over there to check out the reason the tire light was on, one of the young ladies there and just said just pump up the tires and I said no you've got to check all the tires to see why the light was on. I looked around and saw one of the macanics and told that when he sees that car back in the garage area to please check out all the tires for me and see why the light is staying on, machnic was very understanding. About a month or so now I went to see about a recall and when I got ready to go, I drove our and was looking to the side mirror and was barley hanging on and went back in to ask about that he said it would cost me $200 something dollars to replace it but i said I wouldn't because it happened here at yalls place why should I pay for that mirror when I didn't do that at all I was very upset about that. Thin another time I was getting car checked out and the new young girl that was there said that the brakes needed to replaced but had it checked out some where else well several other places and said the something so I went checking the different stores to see the prices,thin I said to myself why am I doing this when I could check with other brake and see what they think and they checked all the brakes and told me that I didn't need brakes after all. That's too much for me I've got to find another kia dealership to do my checkups else where. With this what I said here I wouldn't trust them neither.

NEVER buy from there! Their business practices due not include using transparency! They are fast talkers and you can’t trust them! Bulldog Kia and Rick Case you will have a much better experience! Worst experience I have ever had after purchasing our 5th Kia in our family.
