just now New Just another Denny Heckor! I bought a Kia from cornerstone my car came with a brand new engine from the manufacturer the big hot button for me to purchase my car was I was I was told by the sales manager and the salesman that I had a lifetime engine warranty due to the fact that it was just replaced by the factory lies they ended up hosing me big time I would never buy another car from these guys do yourself a favor run they're just another Denny hecker dealership I thought Harry the owner of the company had more integrity than to let his sales managers lie just to close a big huge deal in hose me

Working with Stephane was fantastic, relaxing with no

Working with Stephane was fantastic, relaxing with no pressure. She was very professional with no pressure. I went in just to look at a few used trucks not really looking to purchase at that time, just to get a feel of what was out there. Two weeks later I purchased my 2019 RAM 1500 and absolutely love it. I'm glad she was there to help. I was very indecisive and she never pushed just offered side by side comparisons and let me go through my options.

We bought a new Kia Telluride from Cornerstone 2021.

We bought a new Kia Telluride from Cornerstone 2021. The sales experience was good. We recently brought the car in for issues that it was was having. The alternator and the problem with the windows not going all the way up were taken care of under warranty. The stereo/infotainment module was also not working. We could not listen to the radio or satellite and it was behaving oddly. This wasn't under warranty and the dealership said we would need to replace it and it would be approximately $1,100. We luckily passed on replacing it. A couple of weeks later I did some research online to see if others had problems with the stereo and they did. I also discovered other people downloaded an update and uploaded it to their car to fix it. I tried it and it solved the problem and it gave us a few new features. I find it hard to believe that the dealership was not aware of updates to possibly fix the problem. Instead they said the module would need to be replaced at $1,100. It seems they are either incompetent or out to make money off of our repair. I very disappointed in this service experience. Up to now it has been good.

Perfection at its Best

I think this place is fantastic! Everyone is so kind and ready to help you. My gosh, I’m as dumb as a box of rocks and they treated me with kindness and respect. I was telling this young man at the desk what someone told me they should do. I didn’t know if I was right or wrong. He was so nice and explained what I didn’t know or understand. I told him I needed to rotate my tires because that is what someone told me. He said I had it done last time snd not to worry they would help me and take care of my care for me. That was absolutely music to my heats. Gloria Pontius

Let me first say I am a very pragmatic, simply looking for a commuter car to replace a vehicle destroyed in an accident, and had been searching for a few weeks for a used car, and came across Cornerstone online. After weeks of dealing with sales folks who were the “classic” car salesman, trying to sell me cars at twice my budget, I was directed to Hakeem at Cornerstone. He listened to my needs, was attentive, gracious and patient. He referred me to comparable vehicles to my first choice both in type and price range, wasn’t trying to upsell crazy amounts over my budget, and I’m not only happy to say I purchased a car at Cornerstone Kia in Elk River, I’ll say I will go there for my future needs and you can bet I’m asking for this gentleman again. Congratulations Hakeem, you should be the standard by which car salesmen are compared! Thank you very much.

I was vacationing FL with my car and had something called...

I was vacationing FL with my car and had something called catastrophic failure where my engine just quit. I bought it at Cornerstone KIA but had it towed to a FL dealer. They told me they had to check with KIA to see what they would do under the warranty. Thy were not getting back to me, so I called Melina at Cornerstone and within 2 min she looked up my warranty and assured me it was covered, and that they should know this based on ! She offered to contact them directly if needed, or if we received different info from the other KIA dealer. She of course was correct and they fixed the vehicle under warranty. In Cornerstone’s they say they are committed to their customer’s Peace of Mind, and Melina did that for us and more!

Professional, helpful and quick

I really enjoyed my experience buying a new Kia Optima from this dealership. They had very good prices below Blue Book value and even gave me additional rebates. I live too far away for regular maintenance needs but had to use their repair facilities for a couple of recalls on my vehicle. Both visits went very smooth and I felt very confident in the work they performed on my car. When I am ready to purchase a new vehicle, this dealership will be my first stop.

I Keep Coming Back!

I've purchased my last two vehicles at Cornerstone KIA in Elk River and have yet to be unsatisfied with the quality of customer service I've received. First and foremost, Dan goes above and beyond to work with customers in securing a vehicle that will fit their lifestyle, needs, and budget. Brett, the salesman I worked with, was patient with me as I weighed my options; he also showed humanity and expertise through the entire process (a balance I find is hard to strike when it comes to car salespeople). I don't often go out of my way to make purchases--but when it comes to something like cars, I will faithfully make the trek to Elk River simply because I know I will be treated with care and respect. Thank you for everything, guys!
