THE BEST EVER!!!

When we decided to purchase a new car we decided to come to the Twin Cities area. We looked at several places but did not find what we were looking for and the sales reps made us feel like we really didn't matter. On our way back to Grand Rapids we passed through Elk River and I spotted a bright yellow KIA SOUL so we decided to stop. We were greeted my Melina and we feel in love with her! Long story short, I now own that beautiful KIA and she is named after that fabulous sales rep! We had such a wonderful experience. We even bring her back to Cornerstone KIA for oil changes and servicing. Cornerstone KIA is the only place we will ever by a car from!

Rude people

The service department has rude customer service. I have had issues with 2 separate people there not seeming to care about me as a customer.

Kirk an everyone else are GREAT!

I just leased my 3 Sorento from Cornerstone! Salesman Kirk was great an so was everyone else. I have never had any problems wirh anyone there. Serivice department has also been great every time I have brought my vehicles in for routine maintenance. I'm so glad that we have a great dealership right here in Elk River that allows me to shop local.

Cornerstone Kia... Hands Down!

The purchase of my new car was easy and pressure free. Ty was great! He was very knowledgable, personable and patient... even when I ran into a hiccup with my auto insurance company. Great experience with Cornerstone and I love my new Kia!

Great Overall Experience

Ty helped us trade in our vehicle and purchase another. The price was fair on both sides. The negotiating process and knowledge of the products were good. Customer service and friendliness was superb all around. Ty is definitely worth working with on a car deal. The only reason I scored low in the buying process was due to time. We were there for a total of 8 hours between 3 different days to buy the car. Most of it was spent waiting for something to happen as the actual "deal" was agreed upon in the first hour we were there. They still deserve an overall 5 because the car buying process (THANKFULLY) only needs to be done every several years, so spending extra time wasn't that big of a deal. Also, there was an omission in the Cars ad that was actually a pretty big deal to us and they did their best without any hassle to make it right. Great job!
