Lol really?

I test drove a Honda civic at this place and couldn’t stop laughing! There’s no way anyone should ever buy a car from here. As soon as I pulled onto the road I knew the car was junk and I don’t mean it had a few problems I mean a car that should be in a junk yard. So many front end and brake problems that I almost turned around in the middle of the road and brought it back. I returned to the office to explain what I believed to be just a few of the problems I thought the car had and was informed that all of their cars were bought from auctions and no checks or maintenance was performed on any of their vehicles! After he said that I just laughed and walked out. Don’t let those prices tempt you. Be smart and move on to a real dealer unless you like being ripped off.

Great Dealer!

Kang was very helpful, prompt, and efficient. I was very pleased with my entire experience! They are flexible and convenient. I was looking for a manual Honda civic for almost 4 months and found my perfect match at Unlimited. They took the time to answer my questions via phone calls facetime and in person. They were also reasonable on the price!

RUN AWAY!!

One star is being extremely generous. My recommendation: DO NOT BUY A USED VEHICLE FROM THIS DEALER - unless you can afford major repairs!! If I had it to do over again (famous last words), I would AVOID THIS PLACE like the plague. They take advantage of the "As Is" laws in this state because they know the consumer has little to no recourse once the car leaves the lot. They buy and sell significantly damaged cars, do not disclose anything willingly regarding vehicle condition or history, the "general manager" (Tommy) is completely non-responsive to customer concerns - especially after the scam - I mean "sale", and their business practices are nothing short of deceptive. This is especially concerning for younger, inexperienced car buyers. Our son's vehicle turned out to have been previously wrecked with front airbags deployed (rear-ended another car), the engine was replaced and incorrectly installed, it has a dangerously damaged brake system, and warning lights they covered up by adding brake fluid. The LEGITIMATE Honda dealer we took it to said it should NEVER have left the sales lot - it was that dangerous. UAG's mantra - "based on our knowledge when we test drove the vehicle mechanically we didn't notice any red flags". I find that hard to believe considering they are a used car dealership. Over $5,000.00 in repairs are currently being completed - just to get the vehicle safe and on the road. Never again. BUYER BEWARE!!

Steer Clear

Went to see a "well priced" Toyota. It was a 2018 with low miles. Well, the check engine light was on and it had been wrecked, which they did not say in the ad. I then tried to drive another one up the street and it sounded horrible! The brakes were grinding into what little was left of the rotor. I asked the guy if they did anything to the cars when they got them and he said NO they did nothing to them, they just buy and flip so I would NOT recommend this place.

Swindled into buying a car that was unsafe.

I was swindled into purchasing Toyota Sequoia with undisclosed frame damage!! This company performs zero inspections on any of their vehicles. The first sign that something was wrong. I arrived to look at the sequoia and somebody had cut the catalytic converter‘s off. They sold me the vehicle before installing the Catalytic converter. They recommended their shop hand who was located in Covington Kentucky at a shop called Covington tires. The shop put the Catalytic converters on and The VSC and traction control lights and the check engine light remained on even after the repair to the catalytic converter‘s and the computer was reset. The shop also noticed that my rear brakes were leaking with fluid no fluid was found in the brake reservoir. Fast forward two days later I take the sequoia to carx. I was told that all four calipers were seized to the rotors and that the braking system was completely rusted out. After they performed the rest of their inspection they found that the Sequoia was missing swaybar links because the swaybar have been ripped from an already rotten frame that was hidden behind a patch job filled with fiberglass and then sprayed with under coating! I contacted the supposed manager of Unlimited auto group. I was told sorry that there was nothing that they could do. And any question that I had he had to refer back to some mystery boss. Please Be very wary of buying anything from this junkyard. Please take any vehicle you intend on purchasing from this company to a reputable mechanic. Do not listen to their sales guy/manager/office manager or whoever is involved with unlimited auto group. Now I am working with a Civil lawyer to try and get my money back. Do not make the same mistake that I made by purchasing a vehicle from unlimited auto group.

All cars have been wrecked

Check the free CARFAX . Every car has had numerous accidents. Class action is currently being investigated through the Attorney General. They won’t be in business long and probably end up in prison.

Do your research - run away

As others have experienced. Most of the vehicles are damaged, some were severely. Make sure you have an independent inspection performed or better yet, don't even stop here. The salespeople are very nice and professional, their products are not. Look out for junkyard parts and questionable rebuilds.

think twice

Well, went there to check out two mazdas as well as a Passat and Nissan Altima. ALL of my test drives began with jump starting the cars! If you are looking at the Mazda3 Hatchback, don't waste your time. As I was pulling out of the PARKING SPOT the wheel jerked back 45 degrees and immedetly back right back into its spot. on my last test drive, which had to be jump started, I couldn't find a way out of the parking lot to even take it on the road. The yough men who were running the show were very nice and helpful, but tried telling me the issue with th hatchback is simply from the power steering messing up when jumping...….
