Great Service

This was an amazing dealership. Ask for Shane! As a first time car buyer my experience was made easy, affordable, and comfortable! I was able to get everything I wanted plus more with beautiful red leather interior. I can’t wait to drive my new CX-5 for years to come! Thanks again.

Car service

I needed service on my Mazda CX-5. Cochran found a problem with my navigation card. It was covered on my warranty. All work was done in a timely fashion and done well.

Warning about used car prices

They don't tell you this upfront, not straightforward, transparent, honest. They do NOT deal--AT ALL--not one penny on pre-owned vehicles. Price you see is price you pay. Would be nice if they told folks this right at the beginning, not when you try to buy a vehicle and get stonewalled.

Don’t buy a car here

Save yourself a lot of stress. Do not buy your car from here. Buying my car was the absolute worst experience. We would ask one sales person a question and then we got another answer from someone else. No one knew what was going on. Buying the car the lady got snippy with my husband cause she had the wrong interest rate and we told her and she acted like we were lying. We were told we could use a credit card to buy car. Then when there we were told no it had to be check. We didn’t have the right check book with us of course. We bought a new demo car, we were told had 500-600 miles on it. Got it, it had over 1,300 miles on it. It was lies on top of lies. NOW, to make it worse I had my car just over a month and now MY PAINT IS PEELING!!! There’s a warranty but of course they are trying to claim I was in an accident so they don’t have to cover the repairs. Go figure, I’m not even surprised. Again. DO NOT BUY UR CAR FROM HERE.

Excellent Service at Cochran Mazda North Hills

I bought a used 2016 CX-5 in June. I had to take it in for some minor repairs. Joe M and his staff provided me with excellent service. Joe listened to my concerns of the vehicle and explained how they were going to handle my issues. When I picked the vehicle up, last week, Joe went over in detail what was done. It was definitely a stress-free experience. Oh and Joe hooked me up with a new 2019 CX-9 as my loaner car! Sweet ride!!! Go see Joe and his staff. They are the best!

Pressure free and pleasant experience

3 years ago, I leased my Mazda CX-5 at Cochran Mazda Wexford and It was the easiest car leasing experience I've had. Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly and willing to make sure I got the deal that fit my budget. G.G definitely went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable and happy with my new lease. Even signing the paperwork was pressure free and pleasant. I saw the 4th of July advertisement as I was looking for 3 rows SUV and I stopped by at Cochran Mazda Wexford to test drive the new Mazda CX-9. I was impressed with the new CX-9 performance and style so then I decided to get the new Mazda CX-9. Afterwards, I saw G.G at the showroom and he still remembered me and my family after we met 3 years ago. I explained to G.G I wanted the CX-9 but I still have 2 more months lease on my CX-5. As expected, G.G helped me with my new lease. I would like to thank G.G and Connor from Cochran Mazda Wexford, as they did an excellent job helping us to get a new car and getting out from old lease. We are very happy with our new Mazda CX-9 Thank you all very much.

Extremely quick, courteous and helpful.

This was a recall repair from Mazda that I had put off for a few months. Everything I read indicated the repair would take about 2 hours and I couldn't find the right day to fit my schedule. I finally made the appointment. A reminder email came both a week and a day before the appointment - nice touch because I tend to forget these things. I went in for the repair, expecting to sit around for 2 hours. Nope - 20 minutes. In and out. And a free car wash on top of the easy service. Everyone was very nice and answered all of my questions. I've never dealt with Cochran before - I will definitely make this my first stop when I'm ready to trade it in.

Too much BS

Very high pricing from the start, poor communication...no response to messages, false promises, wasted time...do yourself a favor and look elsewhere , there are much better out there

Great Experience

We went to the dealership just to test drive a new car. Emma greeted us with a big smile, 2 hours later we were purchasing our new CX-5. Emma and the rest of the staff made our buying experience simple and stress free. We had an issue with a few scratches in the paint before leaving, they arranged for detailing immediately. The detailed did a super job. Our entire experience couldn’t have been better!

Class Act

Within the last year I have bought 2 vehicles from #1 Cochran. One from their Monroeville GMC dealer and one from the North Hills Mazda. Robert Shull who works at the Mazda dealership was kind, patient, and very helpful. I left happy with a newly pre-owned vehicle!! Bob Shaw at The Monroeville dealership was a godsend after I left another well known dealership in tears due to the fact they were trying to hide things that were wrong with the vehicle. I actually got to the Monroeville dealership and within an hour my daughter was driving away in her “safe” new used vehicle. Since I’ve dealt with two different dealerships under the same umbrella but was treated like a person not just a sale I’d say that #1 Cochran has good company values no matter what dealership you are at!
