Great experience buying a new Taos!
Dallas Barnes and his colleague Jay were great! The financing/purchasing process was terribly long for two people with exceptional credit - 3 hours, when really should just be a sign/done.

Not very helpful unless they’re finessing a sale
They don’t care about customers unless they’re selling you a brand new car. I bought my 2018 Jetta from them years ago that is now totaled and I’ve been trying since February to get refunded on my warranty. And I’ve talked to numerous people and have been told different things and given the run around with no results. I thought the issue had been resolved after providing the necessary documents in April (which could have been done and completed initially in February) and being told it would take 30 days but it’s almost been two months since that email. And I’ve called multiple times and left multiple emails with no follow up.
