I've been getting my repair work done at this location for many years. Service reps are understanding and pleasant to deal with. Master mechanic Jim Cline has been servicing my vehicle and he is simply the Crème de la crème when it comes to quality work and overall VW knowledge.

Ordered an extra key fob and got oil changed while car was there. Somehow, during programming, the original key fob ceased working. Erin immediately ordered another fob on warranty. The only cost to me will be another road trip down with the car and all existing key fobs for reprogramming. Welcoming, honest and friendly employees and a clean facility. I recommend Greeley Volkswagen!

An excellent experience during this COVID19 experience! Everything seemed clean. Chairs in waiting room seemed to be distanced the best they could be. Could possibly expand into showroom since that area is not totally used.
