Complete Scam Dealer

To say this experience has been a nightmare is an understatement. We originally went into Luxury auto collection to look into purchasing a sprinter for our Family. We met with Travis who at the time and he walked us through and showed us his midwest Mercedes sprinters. We decided we want to go with a brand new vehicle in order to not have any issues. We paid for the vehicle 193k cash. Shortly after receiving the vehicle the problems started to begin and the accumulated quickly. originally our slider door wouldn’t latch and kept opening which is a huge safety concern. Not to mention the front passenger door doesn’t lock. We called Travis back and he mentioned they don’t work on the vehicle and told us to take it to the Mercedes of Gilbert. Which we did. 45 days later we still hadn’t received our vehicle as they said there’s A lot to be repaired. Finally we get a call our vehicle is ready to pick up which was even in worse condition. The doors still didn’t work and now the brake lights and turning signals didn’t not work. They said someone nicked a line when they were fixing the doors. We called luxury auto collection numerous times and travis was extremely rude and disrespectful. We finally got a call from a manager who promised this issue would be fixed snd they would come to pick it up and take it to north scottsdale to have it repaired and we would receive it within 2 weeks. 2 months later the vehicle is still in the repair shop. They now refuse to answer our calls and just point fingers at Mercedes. We simply asked them to either give us our money back or get us into a similar vehicle. They refused and only gave us a loaner with a broken air conditioning system. This company is a complete Scam. Once they have your money you’re on your own. Unfortunately we are stuck in this horrible position with no near end solution Do your self a favor and stay away.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS

Where does the nightmare begin? You saved your money to buy a dream car only to be defrauded with lies from the dealer. I had my eyes out on Lamborgini Aventador. I found one here, but I am in California, and the dealership is in Arizona. I called and texted several times before deciding to purchase the car. I asked several times, are there any issues with the car? Via text, the salesperson DEVEN said no issue. The car is in perfect condition. I asked three times, can you guarantee that the car has no issue. Again, he said his reputation online and guarantee by the dealer that there is absolutely no issue with the car. THREE TIMES and ALL THREE TIMES guaranteeing that there is absolutely no issue. The car is in perfect condition. So I pulled the trigger and sent the money and paid in full, and the car was shipped to me. As soon as the car is pulled from the truck. There is a check engine light on. The driver also stated there are major scratches which were signed off by the dealer before it was shipped. I took it to the Lmabo dealer, and there is over $11k of repair and half being safety issues. Now the dealer acts like it's all on me. When they guaranteed in writing via text that the car is in perfect condition, PLEASE do not buy anything from these liars. There are plenty of good dealers.

what a bunch of Dirtbag car slobs

This is a case of a great facility for lots of high end cars Only the sales people and sales Mgr have no clue about Customer service . ..like a shark tank looking for dummies to jump in ... wow I have no idea how they exist or make money . The cars are nice from far Far from nice ..,Really a sleazy operation . Think twice .

$1000 deposit to hold car for 1 day to purchase car. 400 miles into my trip I got the call they sold it.Absolutely no integrity

Out of state sales

I saw a posting for the vehicle on a auto website and was able to find the vehicle i ended up purchasing. My sale experience was relatively smooth and even though I never saw the car prior to purchase, I was comfortable moving forward. I worked with Jon Kerwick who answered all of my questions and was easy to work with. Negotiating a price was straightforward and manageable. I would recommend this dealership and although there were a few small issues after the deal was made, I am not going to let that change my overall viewpoint.

Great place to purchase!

After searching for my particular car for over a month I found it at LAC. My husband was out of town but I didn't want to wait and risk losing it to someone else. So my husband made arrangements for my daughter and I to meet Stretch. He let us take out the car with zero pressure. He negotiated with my husband over the phone and was happy to walk the floor with us and just tell us about all the amazing cars they had. My 10 year old was in heaven, it was literally the experience of a lifetime! I had a minor issue with one of the keys not working but was able to swing by and Stretch fixed it for me. We love the car and the experience and look forward to a lifelong relationship with LAC!
