Great Experience
Had a great buying experience at LAC. Travis helped me even after I had my vehicle for weeks. He was very honest and kept in close contact with me throughout the entire process. I’ll definitely be back!

I'm so happy I found my Z-3 at L.A.C. in AZ
Travis Walters was my salesman for the convertible sports car I purchased. He handled all my questions and details concerning the purchase. I would rate him in the top 5 percent. L.A.S. is a very good place to go to find something special. A.A.

ADVERTISED NO ACCIDENTS : HAD ACCIDENT
I wish I had read all of the reviews for this dealership before purchasing from them. Now that I am reading the past bad reviews and everything sounds very familiar to what happened to me. I bought a 2021 Aston Martin DBX from them in March 2023 with only 4k in miles. The vehicle was advertised on the internet as “No Accidents”. I made them send me a video and detailed photos of the vehicle when it was at it’s original location, their store in New York. I advised them I do not buy cars with dents, dings, flaws or accidents so please be very detailed with photos and video and provide me all of the information about the car before I agree to have it shipped and buy it. They agreed. They were going to ship the car to their Scottsdale, AZ store prior to shipping to me as I live in Las Vegas, Nevada. Once they got my deposit is when they started dropping the ball. There were days when the car was supposed to be shipped and no one showed up. Until I called, they simply didn’t care. I was told, they sell a ton of cars and are very busy so they don’t have time. That was the first warning I felt that something was not right. After a couple delays the vehicle shipped. When it arrived it had paint over spray all over the entire car. The over spray was heavy and there was no way they didn’t know it had overspray on the entire car, rims and windows etc. The first time I drove the car the warning light came on and the car went into limp mode. I contacted the dealership and they offered to pay a detailer to remove the over spray. I took the car to the Aston Martin dealership and they said it needed a new battery. I called LAC multiple times to ask if they would cover the battery and they ghosted me. This week (4 months after buying the vehicle) I contacted a local exotic car dealership to ask them about trading the Aston Martin in for a McClaren. I have only driven the Aston Martin 1000 miles since buying it. They took my Vin number and called me back stating my car had been in an accident in January 2022 and asked me if I was aware. I was provided a copy of the AutoCheck report and it shows an accident. I am told the value of my car is 10-30% less due to the accident. LAC so far is refusing to do anything about it. I received a Carfax report that shows no accidents when I signed the purchase contract. They seem to hang their hat on that report. However, all of the dealers I speak with say all exotic car dealers check both Carfax and Autocheck (Experian) for accidents on all cars they trade. None of the dealers I spoke with believe that LAC didn’t know it was in an accident before selling it to me. LAC claims they do not use AutoCheck. They seem to be saying they don’t check anything out at all on vehicles they obtain and sell except pulling Carfax. Bottom line, LAC is leaving me high and dry with a damaged vehicle that has been in an accident after advertising it all over the internet as “No accidents”. This type of dealership is why people hate used car dealers. They give a very bad name to all dealerships. There are reputable dealers out there that have mechanics check out the cars and they are open and honest about accidents and issues. I would stay clear of this place unless you want to risk taking a huge hit up to 30% on an exotic car. I am now forced to hire an attorney and sue them.

Complete Scam Dealer
To say this experience has been a nightmare is an understatement. We originally went into Luxury auto collection to look into purchasing a sprinter for our Family. We met with Travis who at the time and he walked us through and showed us his midwest Mercedes sprinters. We decided we want to go with a brand new vehicle in order to not have any issues. We paid for the vehicle 193k cash. Shortly after receiving the vehicle the problems started to begin and the accumulated quickly. originally our slider door wouldn’t latch and kept opening which is a huge safety concern. Not to mention the front passenger door doesn’t lock. We called Travis back and he mentioned they don’t work on the vehicle and told us to take it to the Mercedes of Gilbert. Which we did. 45 days later we still hadn’t received our vehicle as they said there’s A lot to be repaired. Finally we get a call our vehicle is ready to pick up which was even in worse condition. The doors still didn’t work and now the brake lights and turning signals didn’t not work. They said someone nicked a line when they were fixing the doors. We called luxury auto collection numerous times and travis was extremely rude and disrespectful. We finally got a call from a manager who promised this issue would be fixed snd they would come to pick it up and take it to north scottsdale to have it repaired and we would receive it within 2 weeks. 2 months later the vehicle is still in the repair shop. They now refuse to answer our calls and just point fingers at Mercedes. We simply asked them to either give us our money back or get us into a similar vehicle. They refused and only gave us a loaner with a broken air conditioning system. This company is a complete Scam. Once they have your money you’re on your own. Unfortunately we are stuck in this horrible position with no near end solution Do your self a favor and stay away.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS
Where does the nightmare begin? You saved your money to buy a dream car only to be defrauded with lies from the dealer. I had my eyes out on Lamborgini Aventador. I found one here, but I am in California, and the dealership is in Arizona. I called and texted several times before deciding to purchase the car. I asked several times, are there any issues with the car? Via text, the salesperson DEVEN said no issue. The car is in perfect condition. I asked three times, can you guarantee that the car has no issue. Again, he said his reputation online and guarantee by the dealer that there is absolutely no issue with the car. THREE TIMES and ALL THREE TIMES guaranteeing that there is absolutely no issue. The car is in perfect condition. So I pulled the trigger and sent the money and paid in full, and the car was shipped to me. As soon as the car is pulled from the truck. There is a check engine light on. The driver also stated there are major scratches which were signed off by the dealer before it was shipped. I took it to the Lmabo dealer, and there is over $11k of repair and half being safety issues. Now the dealer acts like it's all on me. When they guaranteed in writing via text that the car is in perfect condition, PLEASE do not buy anything from these liars. There are plenty of good dealers.
