I got back to back horrible vehicles from West Herr. The first was a Blazer from West Herr Chevy. It had non-stop issues with the transmission, radio, resetting mid-drive, randomly auto-braking, etc. I had no choice but to turn it in. I figured I’d buy a better vehicle and went with a Jaguar F-Pace from West Herr Subaru. This thing has been nothing but non-stop issues but even worse than the blazer; locks, windows, temp control, infotainment system, electrical, etc. In the past 12 months it has been in the shop 5 times for a total of 6 months. It recently broke down again. Picked it up a week late, it broke down the next day. Then I was told it was fixed. I was arranging to pick it up and while at the dealer, another service light came on. I don’t know where these used vehicles come from but things seem very sketchy with the amount of issues with 2 straight vehicles. This is on top of the finance guy telling a bunch of BS to sell an extended warranty. He told me that if I buy the extended warranty, just bring the car to them and they’ll take care of any issues. So I did……and when I had the car towed there I was told “we can’t service a Jaguar, this has to go to the Jaguar dealer. So I paid for a second tow because of their BS. Be very cautious of used vehicles from West Herr. They’ll promise you the world to sell you a vehicle and then won’t stand behind it

I always get taken care of as soon as I get there and let me know what I need or want with fast and updates if it is taken longer
