Great salesperson (Tracy McMann), and everyone else I encountered. Questions were answered, options were presented for several vehicles, able to test drive them before making decision.

It took some doing, but in the end I got the vehicle I wanted, for the price I wanted. And in the process they were fair with my trade in value, and they bought out a lease on another vehicle that I had. I cant ask for much more than that.

Quick friendly service by all the staff. Had my oil changed and my vehicle was inspected for a recall. Very good experience and was happy with the results

Wish everything was this easy and hassle free! They took my car in on time, kept me posted on what they were doing, then texted me when it was done. Awesome. Everyone was pleasant and the waiting area was VERY clean and comfortable!

My wife's 2017 Rouge broke down and she limped it to the Lockport dealership. After explaining what the problem was, the girl at the desk said, "It will be a while... you don't have an appointment". I went to the dealer two days later and it wasn't even looked at. two days later I was told a scan was taken, but no one there knew how to read the codes. A week later, I talked to the salesperson who sold her the vehicle AND the in-shop tech. I told them what the problem was. I finally called Nissan directly and started a case against the dealer. A week later Nissan sent a company tech to the dealer and told them what was wrong with the vehicle, which was exactly what I told them was wrong with the vehicle. We finally got the vehicle back 6 weeks after it was dropped off. Two weeks later we traded the vehicle in for another vehicle. We are still waiting for the title AND a response from the back we took a loan through. The dealer financial person went on a winter's long vacation. We will NEVER purchase another vehicle or have any service at that dealership. Our money spends anywhere we go, and we will take our money elsewhere.

Straightforward and trustworthy dealership that made the process easy. I left with exactly the car I wanted at the price point I needed. Jen W was a pleasure to work with and is an asset to the West Herr team. 😁

It took a few cars for me to choose the right one but my salesperson Tracy did not give up and did a great job finding the vehicle I wanted.

What else can I say, John Madden stuck out his neck for me and I left with the vehicle l was leasing turned in with equity even though I still had term left on the lease, and a payment that fit my budget. Even though I was not looking turn in my lease vehicle, he definitely had my back and would recommend him and Lockport West Herr Nissan to those of you who are thorough, conscientious, and open minded. He informed me of a new vehicle to take advantage of and was an upgrade to the vehicle I was leasing at the time. I was caught off guard at that moment, though he helped me see all of my options and in turn make a decision that was best for me and my budget. They will not let you miss out on great deals that have you in mind. All of the staff there are knowledgeable, warm, considerate, and thoughtful.
