Ron Marvo was wonderful to work with!

I have purchased a number of cars in the past. This is my third “luxury” vehicle. My experiences with other luxury brands was not always positive. However, this dealership made me extremely comfortable and has worked very diligently to resolve an equipment issue on my new Q8, I was conflicted about accepting delivery but I felt that I could trust them to solve the problem. My salesperson Ron Marvo was absolutely fantastic... Extremely knowledgeable, polite, and incredibly responsive to my many questions, emails and texts. No quiry went unanswered and he anyways had a smile ready. (Plus, he is a sharp dresser!). Dealership is very clean, comfortable and well organized. Water, coffees,teas, cookies, bagels, spreads, etc. Restrooms were spotless. I highly recommend.
