Went hear to get my Volkwagen GTI Catalytic Converter fixed. I was sent by the dealership from which I bought my car (Wholesale Auto). Seems like the have some kind of partnership with the dealership that has a reputation of selling bad cars and telling customers to go to Faraj to get it fix. Made 4 trips to Faraj and spend thousands of dollars just for them to tell me they dont know what is causing the engine light to come on. And they refused to give me a receipt for the catalytic converter they said they replaced. I have messages to prove everything.

I purchased a vehicle from Faraj Auto Traders about 6 months ago for my daughter. Although I have always been skeptical about buying a used car, the process at Faraj was seamless. Both Mark and Zee were an absolute pleasure to work with and were extremely patient from beginning to end. Fast forward and I had recently noticed a small clicking sound. I called them and they saw me immediately and took care of the issue (which was something very minor). They could not have been more accommodating and I truly appreciated their attention to making sure the car was safe for my daughter. I would recommend if you are in the market for a used car to call Mark or Zee at Faraj and they will take great care of you. Plus, it doesn't hurt that they have their own auto body shop for anything that comes up.

We were looking for a used car for our daughter and went through the tedious process of calling every lead we saw and driving to numerous dealers. Dealer after dealer told us stories of how perfect the cars were until we took them to a mechanic to find serious issues that were never disclosed. Frustrating to say the least. Then my husband came across a vehicle at Faraj and spoke with Mark. He had a great feeling about the car and the place....and literally sent me a text "I think we found our car" (before I even saw the car!) I went to see the car in personal immediately and was so impressed with everything I saw and heard from Mark and his co-worker Zee. Both were so professional, honest and trustworthy which was so refreshing based on what we had recently experienced. And to top things off...the car was pretty awesome too! It was exactly what we were looking for. There were a few things that need fixing and Mark did everything to make us happy and satisfied...within the time frame he promised. The attention to detail and follow up was so appreciated. Once the paperwork was signed, we left feeling like we had a safe car for our daughter at a fair price from a very reliable dealer. I personally would not go to any other place to purchase a used car in the future. Thank you again Mark and Zee!

I bought my car from Faraj Auto from only phone calls and a few pictures. the car was great and my expectations were met. They went though the car and made sure that everything was 100%. I highly recommend these this Dealership! I look forward to working with them in the future.

Our family has purchased cars from Faraj Auto Traders for almost a decade. We have purchased 7 cars over the years for different members of our family (large family). Each car has been good. His team goes through each car throughly before putting them up for sale. If there were any issues they were quick to repair the vehicle. The cars come with a warranty as well! We have always gone there for maintenance and service on all of our vehicles. The pricing/negotiation is straight forward. We always refer our friends and family to first check with Faraj Auto when looking for a car because they will be treated with respect and fairly!

I bought my Mitsubishi Galant from Faraj Auto Traders 2 years ago . It was the best experience I’ve ever had buying a car. On top of that they have top notch mechanics that will address any situations that might need attention . Now that I have found them I would never go anywhere else for another car or mechanical work .I send my family and friends to Faraj I know Mark and his father will take care of them .
