Outstanding Customer Service
Recent Repair Service I was experiencing an unusual mechanical issue with my new XC 40. Because of the Covid-19 restrictions. The service Manager drove from VA Bch to the Western Branch area of Chesapeake to meet with me, discuss my issue and drop off a loaner car. He then spent the next two days diagnosing and adjusting the car to my satisfaction. He communicated several times with me during the process. This is an outstanding dealership. I would strongly recommend Volvo of Virginia Beach to anyone considering a Volvo purchase or needing a solid shop to repair or maintain their vehicle.

Awesome service, great car
The customer service was great. I didn’t feel pressured and they were so patient with me. I had so many questions and all were answered. I have been recommending Volvo of Virginia Beach to everyone I know since I got my car and I am so in love with my car.

Awesome buying experience I recently bought a xc60 at Wynne Volvo Virginia Beach. It was a friendly enjoyable experience. I bought from James. I looked at several other brands that were comparable. I found James to be the most knowledgeable about the Volvo's I was interested in. He was able to answer all my questions and knew how to operate all the technology on the Volvo's I was interested in; whereas, not all of the other sales people at other dealerships could. When we decided to choose the Volvo xc60 the negotiating was fair, quick and without any pressure. I would also like to mention Shaun. He went over the financing information. He was very helpful in explaining all the financing terms and for the benefits on the additional service and maintenance products for the Volvo. He did not pressure us about any of the packages and explained the benefits in a manner that I felt best explained the advantages of the products. In the past, I have said NO to all such packages but did choose a few based on Shaun's explanations. Wynne Volvo Virginia Beach has a great staff and I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to friends.

Outstanding experience
Roy Brunner treats his clients with respect and professionalism. Knowledgeable, intelligent and devoid of the "car salesman jargon" we all dislike. I've purchased two Volvo's from Roy and he will get my business if I purchase a third.

Best Customer Service Ever
Best Customer Service! Ed Balingit is the only person I want to deal with when I come to Wynne Volvo! Because it was our first time getting our pre-owned car serviced, he took the time to explain our warranty and what may or may not be covered. His communication and customer service skills are what you don’t see anymore. He ensured our car was properly serviced and explained what to expect as far as cost when we come back again. Ed is a true professional and very friendly. Definitely the maintenance representative you want to represent your car dealership!

The Best Experience Ever
This was my first time shopping for a vehicle and James Lee made it the easiest experience by far. He was very knowledgeable, easy to talk to, listened to what I needed and there was absolutely no pressure. The new facility is clean and inviting.
