Put a bandaid over it
Worse service dept ever. They find a way to just fix it enough till it's out of warranty then all of a sudden they seem to find the real problem. $$$$$. And guess what....it's past the warranty expired.

Car buying doesn’t get better
I came here after having a terrible experience with a close competitor. I can without a doubt say this was the best car buying experience I have ever had despite what some reviews on here say. I knew what vehicle I wanted when I arrived. We walked right out to the truck and were met by a salesman. He went it got the keys and set us off on a test drive. We got back to the office discussed some numbers and less than an hour later we left with our new vehicle. The staff from top to bottom were pleasant to work with, the truck was cleaned and full of gas. They were not pushy at all and the salesman explained to me that they have a much different incentive program for selling cars. It take the pressure off of the salesman and the customer. If you are looking for a new or used Chevy I urge you not to go anywhere other than Kelsey!

Buying a Chevy Traverse

Buick Enclave problems
Over the last year, I've had to take this car back for servicing. Started with errors on the readout on the dash with the 4wd and transmission and the car would barely move under it's own power. Took it in, 1000$ later, got a new transmission controller?? A few months later, had it in for similar issues and they told me I either had to have the transmission rebuilt or buy a new one, so I bought a new one because it came with a warranty. Mistake. A few more weeks pass and get the same error and this time it's supposedly a wiring harness. Get that replaced and a couple months later, we get the same set of errors again. This time supposedly, its a wheel or axle bearing. I stupidly kept the car after the 1st repair and now I was almost 8000$ into this car that was 10 yrs old. Yep, I made a huge mistake keeping it. By now I had met 2 people that had similar transmission problems, so, I traded it to a Honda. GM lost a dedicated customer over this.

Bad customer service
I complained a year ago about my car leaking oil a year ago. They didn't find the cause until it was out of warranty.
