BUYER BEWARE!

BUYER BEWARE! This Business will sell you a vehicle in a heartbeat. They will even offer an appropriate Warranty for the vehicle, mine was for 60 days from purchase. We had given the showroom salesperson an hours notice that we wanted to test drive a car, as we were out of area and coming from an hour away. The car was shown as advertised online. The interior had not been cleaned, and had a popcorn tub and debris in the back seat and front seat. The car Battery was dead, and could not start the car. After an hour of commute driving, we still wanted to test drive it. They jump started the car and we took a test drive. The brakes were in bad shape, with unacceptable vibration on stopping. The front end/ Transmission had a shudder on acceleration. And the Battery was determined to be bad. The car was physically in good shape, a VIN inquiry showed it had been a one owner vehicle, and travelled cross country to Alaska then to Vermont, where it was traded in for a Mazda. I really wanted the model, as I had been looking for one for some time. It had the 4 cyl. engine which is not often found for the model. We returned from the test drive with a list of concerns about the braking, transmission, and battery issues. After being assured those would be taken care of by their mechanics, and If I was serious to provide a deposit. At this point, I should have stepped back and realized this wasn't an ideal situation to buy this car. Shoulda Coulda Woulda. I really wanted this model. So after providing the deposit, I was told that they would provide all paperwork and registration for me within a week. At this point, the car needed to be examined by another mechanic at another shop - standard used car buying practice. My mistake was trusting Rocklands mechanics. Rockland did replace the rotors and pads. I had to bring the car back to their shop due to transmission/axle vibration and parasitic electrical draw that drained the battery. they had the car for a week. When we picked it up, the remote fobs did not work, the radio/clock/interior lighting did not work. I found a 10amp fuse in the engine compartment. And the white upholstery had been stepped on, with a large boot mark on the seat. After a Week they had the car. They did nothing. Their Warranty is useless. I took it to a real mechanic - that found a bad Alternator and burned wiring at the starter. And they found the bad cv axle, plus changed the trans. fluid. Rockland paid for the cv axle replacement. Rockland claimed the warranty was good only for Engine and Transmission. An additional $1000.00 to repair the car, and Rockland will not honor the Warranty. Do not do business with this company. They will outright lie to your face and send you off with a car that had a fuse removed and no detailed explanation of work done during the week they had it. I hope to never see or deal with fraudulent business owners ever again. I did get a car I wanted, just for much more than I had originally wanted to pay.

Asked a question and got a generic answer which had nothing to do with my question. Wrote back and now no answer at all. After looking at their ad again, I believe it is mis-represented, stating manual transmission when it looks like it is an automatic.

On May 7, 2024 I bought a 2017 Range Rover evoque cash

On May 7, 2024 I bought a 2017 Range Rover evoque cash from Rockland Auto Brokers in Randolph for over $18,000, I registered the car and bring the plate to them. They turned me like a ball before finally giving me the car on May 22nd, 15 days later with 4% fuel, no gas cap, left rear wheel bearing noise and less than 1/4 left on the brakes and rusty rotor. Also, there is an electrical tape holding the steering wheel shifter and tire pressure monitor warning light in on. This dealership is a rip off and has no regard to their customers. I returned the car 10 minutes after delivery and they just park it in the lot and don't touch it at all.9 I would say Doug is an okay guy but he is not the owner so he can't make any decisions. So Adriano, if you reading this, please do the right thing.

It was a really good experience even though I did not buy

It was a really good experience even though I did not buy a vehicle there. K the salesman was great! No B.S.! I was going to come back to take a truck for a drive and he let me know that the truck was only 2wd and I wanted 4wd so he saved me from wasting my time and his. He was also very good about letting me see all the options they had etc. I will go back there if I see something of interest.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

Place is an absolute SCAM, do not give them a deposit and do not give them business. Put a $200 deposit down on a vehicle. Decided to buy elsewhere thankfully. Was told I could come pick up my deposit on a Monday. Drove an hour to get it and when I arrived was told they didn't know I was coming even though I just spoke to them 2 days prior. Then was told they didn't have $200 to give me but would cash app me the next day. Called multiple times the next day and they never gave me the money. It's been almost a week since I called and told them I bought a vehicle elsewhere and I still don't have my deposit back.

Rip off dealership

I put a down payment on a Cadillac SRX they had for sale they said I was approved for the loan. The only thing wrong was the A/c was warm and the brake assist light was flashing. When I called Monday morning and told them I wanted to have the SUV inspected somewhere else. The called and told me to pick up my down payment because they didn't want to put the money into it to have it fixed. I feel sorry for the sucker who buys it and finds out they won't fix the break assist because it passed inspection. They do the inspection on the cars they sell. That is illegal to do
