Jim was great.

Jim was great. Very knowledgeable and happy to walk us through the whole process. Got a great car at the end of the day. Chris was very nice to get the process started for us. Returned my call promptly. Highly recommend

Renae was great to work with in purchasing our new car.

Renae was great to work with in purchasing our new car. Honestly, integrity, and passion for providing world-class customer service. I have bought cars in the past from Renee. And I will continue. I would give her 10 stars if we could.

Chris King was awesome to work with.

Chris King was awesome to work with. He was so friendly and helped me with anything I needed. I was buying my first car and I can't imagine a better experience with Chris and the whole staff! Renae also was so great and made me feel very comfortable asking questions.

This place is horrendous I was speaking to a young man

This place is horrendous I was speaking to a young man online about a truck arrived at the dealership and found out the young man I was speaking to no longer worked there. They are understaffed, and the way I saw management speaking to an employee was absolutely disgusting. Ended up, leaving and going to Mazda to purchase a vehicle if you treat your employees like that in the open how do you treat your customers behind closed doors?.

I was scheduled for a diagnostic and a key program by

I was scheduled for a diagnostic and a key program by Matthew. Only got the key programmed and was told that they will not do the diagnostic on my car because someone else previously worked on and to take it back to whoever worked on the car because they’d have to repair the repair before they could properly diagnose the car and they won’t go behind someone to fix a problem that’s possibly causing the problem. Funnier thing is I attempted to have the same car serviced here prior to trying to get it repaired and was still turned away with the excuse that my car had never been seen there and because of its age they won’t service it. Extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend

SHADY BUISNESS PRACTICES

this car dealer will take advantage of you needing a car and over charge you every chance they get they will smile and be nice while they try to con you out of your hard earned money ....... there business practice are very shady ...... if you want to be over charged for a CAR GO AHEAD ..

Very lucky to run into these great business people of Midlands VW, very happy with them, unbelievable personnel, thanks to Google I was able to make the best decision in choosing them! I would definitely refer anyone who would like a professional car buying experience in this area!

Brandon, the service manager, is rude, disrespectful, and

Brandon, the service manager, is rude, disrespectful, and lacks communication with his customers. I took my VW to them after an accident, they had my car for about two weeks or so all they did was an oil change, gave it back the following day. The check engine light came on, took it back to them and here I am going to pick it up with the same issues in the same problems from the accident. Nothing was resolved or fixed and I’m very disappointed once again, in the communication or lack there of should I say. So almost a month that Midlands was in possession of my vehicle with not one issue resolved. Very disappointing!

I had a Wonderful Experience at Midland Volkswagen

Omg!!!! I don’t know where to start I went into the Service Department spoke with Brandon and told him the problem that I was having with my car so he got with his service technician and they checked my car so Brandon came back and told me what the problem was so I told Brandon to let me make a few calls so I did and I told Brandon that I will not be able to get the work done, so then I said I just might need to just get another car now here comes the Bug Blessing I ask Brandon about a good salesman and he said I got one for you He calls Mr. Jim Hutsom Omg from the time I spoke with Mr. Jim until I left the parking lot Mr. Jim stayed with me thru the entire process he gave me his Undivided Attention, Jim was very Passionate about getting me in a car today and Jim is Very Knowledgeable about the vehicles that he sells to his customers, Mr. Jim, Brandon and don’t let me forget about Mr. Chris in the finance office when I tell y’all these young men believe in taking care of their customers it’s an understatement on November 22,2022 God Showed Up and Showed Out now did I mention that I was not looking to buy a car today but My Father in Heaven said Differently. I am a Happy Customer with Midland Volkswagen on Broad River if you are looking for a vehicle go see Jim Hutsom at Midland Volkswagen on Broad River. Thank You again Brandon, Jim. and Chris.
