Bought a car that as I drove needed a transmission replacement. They lied all the way and have no integrity. These specific questions were asked.

I bought a car from fidelity ventures 9722414800 11444 N stemmons frwy Dallas TX. I paid top price according to outside appearance, inside, Carfax presented to me by the seller, test drove, mileage on speedometer. After buying and leaving the dealership things go down south. 3 tires need replaced. Left rear tail light out, missing pieces. Then when driving down the highway at 70mph bumper falls off. I call my insurance get a tow. Take it to James wood for repairs. Geico and James wood both inform me that this car has been wrecked before. And has over $2,000 worth of repairs that they can see just by working on bumper. But can't determine further damages without doing full inspection Wich I can not afford. Words from GEICO was that whoever sold me this vehicle did me a great disservice. Wich I have recorded on a voicemail. Also the seller sold me the vehicle with the bumper bungy corded on. Wich obviously I did not know. I have pictures of vehicle as well as voicemail from GEICO, also witnesses from James wood repair shop. This guy is buying wrecked cars from auctions and flipping then to make a profit. Selling them based off there outside appearance. Unfortunately I'm no mechanic and did not know better until it was to late. Car is questionably safe to drive and I paid top dollar. I should have known better. I had a terrible feeling when signing the paperwork. Why? When I first was discussing buying the car Ramin the owner comes in. When going over finance the add right in front of me $300 and I was like whoa wait, what was that? The owner tries to tell me that is the sales man's commission, do I not care about him getting paid! I was blown away at his idiotic comment but ignored because I was exhausted from looking for a vehicle for 3 weeks and really thought I had found a good deal. I then argue about the added on money and Ramin starts to loose his cool, says " oh xxxx no , you can go to another dealer". At this point I'm intimidated by his overall demeanor. Unfortunately I go ahead and buy the car. Worst mistake ever. I have been robbed basically.

I really enjoyed my car purchase from Fidelity Ventures. The staff were very friendly and delivered all that was promised. I would definitely recommend this dealership to my friends and family.

Absolutely horrible experience. Buyer beware. Bought a used car, 15 miles later check engine light came on, called dealer and messaged no response from dealer. Was promised (customer owed) new mirrors shipped to my home, made multiple phone calls(10-15) always excuses, never received them. Crooks.

A friend of mine brought to the dealership, I was attended immediately and they have patience, best car buying experiance I've had.finacing was very easy .

Quick and easy I didn’t wake up this morning thinking I’d be getting a truck, but it happened! I left the dealership with a 2006 Chevy Colorado, and I love it!

Absolutely horrible experience. One of the worst, unethical pple. They will lie to you until they get your money and good luck getting your money back. First lie was that they have A+ with BBB. I wish I had searched them before I got my car. Finance guy Angel is the worst as well as his boss/partner. I have no idea how they sleep at night. STAY AWAY !!!! I wouldn't wish them to my worst enemy!!
