Rude and Dishonest
These people are rude (Jennifer in particular), treat you with no respect and do not want to refund any of your money. They try to stall it out hoping you will eventually forget about it. Do not come here if you value any of your time or money. We bought a car last August and got a warranty but immediately canceled it in September. The warranty company told us they refunded the money to the dealership and we needed to contact them. We contacted the dealership immediately and it was always "Let me look into that, I'll call you back" or "We'll send you the check soon" well they never called back or sent the check. Through out the months, we would call, and even go to their office in person but they always brushed it off. 9 months had past by this point, I got fed up with this and started constantly calling them almost every single day. They still tried to brush it off but I was persistent. There was always some excuse but after two months of constantly calling, I decide to go to the office and maybe they'll actually do something if I am present I ask for Jennifer the manager when I get there and introduce myself. Jennifer was incredibly rude and asked "Who told you to come here?", I was taken aback but explained that nothing was being done through the phone so I came here. She then pulls out a check book and wrote a check. So if I didn't go to the office and just called, did that mean they would've tried to made up another excuse? Here I was thinking that was the end of this whole mess, but when I got the check, it was half the amount I expected. I told Jennifer it wasn't right and she kept on saying it was. I asked for the statement and she refused to show it to me because it had "other information". I told her she could just blur out the information but she still refused. I don't understand if it was because of shear laziness or there was something to hide. I kept on insisting and she finally said "I can't deal with this anymore, you need to talk to Angel" and went into Angel's office. When she came out, i asked her if I could go speak to Angel now. She said " don't you see he's talking to a customer?" never have I dealt with such a rude person in my life, and she was supposed to be the manager of this place. I go in to talk to Angel and he explains there was all these fees and the warranty company charged 3 months of warranty at $50 per month. I explained that we only used it for one month and Angel said that's what the warranty company told them. I was too upset with this whole situation at this point and decided to just take the check and leave. I called the warranty company again and they confirmed they had cancelled it in September and I had to speak to the dealership to figure it out. Well one or both of them are clearly lying but I have no way of finding out which.

Avoid at all costs
I bought a Jeep from Dennis Campos on June 14 2018, and it was far and away the worst car-buying experience I've had. To begin with Dennis is outright dodgy and completely untrustworthy. After a five hour processes, we're ready to sign the paperwork, and the finance guy--whom much to my surprise is less ethical and even more shady than Dennis--tries to work in an unsolicited $2,600 warranty. Their reason: it was compulsory because I financed the Jeep. After I almost blew a gasket for wasting my afternoon, they agree to take it off. But then they made me pay shady finance guy's commission. At this point, I just wanted to leave. Of course, when I'm driving away, the check engine light comes on. Dennis looks me in the eye, shakes my hand and promises to take care of me. $1200 later, he still hasn't paid me. Sidebar: The Goodyear that did the work claims there is absolutely no way Dennis didn't know the check engine light was going to come on. Anyway, he tells me to work it out with the fat lady. And oh boy, you really got to see this gem of a woman in person. I watched her eat TWO Chick fil A meals for lunch. In short, I highly recommend you not do business with Fidelity Ventures and specifically Dennis Campos. Hands down the most dishonest car-buying experience.

No hassle in and out.
Quick and easy for a cash car. Friendly staff that didn't make me wait at all. Good price for a good reliable car. Will definitely consider them again.
