I was there for a 60,000 mile maintence service. Steve and Jeff were especially good to work with. The loaner car was ready when I arrived. When there were additional problems, Jeff called and explained each issue, the cost of repairs and asked if I wanted the work done. No suprises at Lehman Volvo, just promopt courteous service with a smile! ��

Dave the Service Tech as ALWAYS provided us great information about what was needed, costs, and when vehicle would be ready. He also put Elaine in a GREAT Volvo loaner car (2017 S60, Baby Blue)...thought she might want to buy it afterwards! Dave and the staff at Volvo are always and have been PROFESSIONAL when we have had the need for service. I don't always like the cost outcome, but it is a Volvo and safety for me is paramount when it comes to her car. THANKS again for a great experience! Ray Leist

I was given an up graded loaner car. What a marketing tool. I would seriously consider purchasing the newer modal because of my experience . It was a Saturday and luckily they have service hours. They couldn't figure out the problem so rather than keeping me there, I was given an upgraded SUV! Service has always been good, friendly and prompt.

The new Volvo XC90 is absolutely wonderful. It's beautiful and it drives and rides like you are on a cloud. The turbo charged and super charged engine is quicker and faster than my husband ever thought it could be. Prompt communication. The sales person answered all emails and questions before the purchase and after.. Without her timely response it would have been challenging to buy a car out of state.
