Hue Yang - great salesman

My son and his fiancé were buying their first car and need first time financing. Hue walked them through the entire process. He was exceptionally kind, personable, knowledgeable and professional. It was a big deal to them and Hue made it such a positive experience. They love their Dodge Dart! Thanks Hue!

Poor service

I had just recently purchased a vehicle from them, and under 24 hours I had problems with the vehicle. The first one problem was the vehicles engine. It was constantly revving up while in park and sounded usually loud then normal vehicles. Second, all the dashboard lights popped up and would not go away. So, I gave Bergstrom a call to take my car back and have their technician look at it. The technician told me that my vehicle is “suppose to sound like that” because the vehicle has high voltage engine and with all the dashboard lights popping up, quote on quote said “it’s a fluke and if it happens again bring the car back in.” So, in my head I’m thinking they are lying to me about the vehicle constantly revving up, because any normal vehicle wouldn’t do that, and if so, you are telling me that if they were to start every model of the same car, it would rev up and being abnormally loud? They also did not fix the problem with the all-dashboard lights popping. I physically showed the manger that issues with the dashboard lights and they could have just reset the system and pretend like they “fix it.” At this point I told the manger I wanted to return the vehicle and wanted my money back. During all of this was I was being polite and professional as could be. So, we agreed on terms to return the vehicle and give me a full refund. He said, “I will give you a call within one to two days when he has the paperwork ready.” Indicating that he is stalling until the seven-day period, were I can’t return the vehicle anymore. So, I waited a day after finishing work and didn’t get a call. I decide to call them and ask when he will finish the paperwork, and he responded, “remember what I said yesterday, I will give you a call within one to two days.” At this point the manger is not being professional and is refusing to help. At this point I’m frustrated and tired of him stalling until the seven-day trial period is up. The very next day I get there at 9am when they open, and the first thing he says, “it will take up to at least 3 hours for him to file all the paperwork.” So, I waited an hour until he finishes, and he brings me two pieces of paper for me to sign. So, you’re telling me that he took two days to file two pieces of paper. I strongly wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone after how badly I was mistreated and how unprofessional they were.

Great customer service

Adam W. Sold me my Kia Sorento and treated me so well. He listened to my requests and realized things I wanted before I even knew they were important to me. He treated me very well and made the experience a great one. I never had a better car buying experience.

Excellent service department

Much better dealership than Oshkosh Kia. I live in Oshkosh area but am happy to drive to Appleton dealership for their service department. Very sad for Oshkosh Kia.

New Kia Sportage

I went to the dealership to purchase a new Sportage. The sales consultant was not very knowledgeable about the vehicles, but was very accommodating and friendly. Luckily I had done my research prior to arriving at the dealership.

Purchasing a newer Kia Soul

My experience with purchasing my brand new 2018 Kia Soul was a pretty easy and smooth process. Everyone I worked with (Kurt, Gary, & Stephanie) we?re all very nice to me and my daughter and explained everything as we went every step of the way. We?ve even had to stop back by because this car has more technology than I?m use to and they seem truly happy to help me learn to use everything). I?m very happy with my buying experience. I would highly recommend anyone to purchase their next vehicle from Bergstrom Kia in Appleton, WI.

2018 Kia Optima S

I bought a 2018 Kia Optima on 12-2-17 from Mo. I went to this dealership with the mindset that I wasn?t looking for anything in particular. Mo approached me almost instantly, he was very professional and willing to help me choose the right car. I told him that I was just looking, he respected that and told me he was available if I had any questions. I found the Kia Optima shortly after and asked him if I would be able to test drive it. He rode with and explained all the different features that were available in the car. After the test drive I decided this was the car for me. Throughout the whole process Mo was very helpful with any questions that I had. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase and the professionalism that Mo showed from start to finish.

Old car stolen

Peter listened to us about the amount we wanted to pay monthly for a vehicle. My wife is disabled so she has certain requirements to make it easy to get in & out of a vehicle for her and Peter allowed her to test the vehicle before I even test drove it. I work a lot so he even was patient about when we could come in to fill out the paperwork.

I felt welcomed. Blair and Charles were patient.

I felt that the explanation of leasing was explained until I totally understood and that they wouldn't let me sign until I did. Blair was so patient explaining the bells and whistles. I will be back for some re-teaching. Not Blair's fault. There is so much and such a difference from my old car.
