Buying a new car can be a pleasant experience!
From the moment we walked into Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains, the new car buying experience changed for us. We were warmly greeted at reception, offered beverages and then introduced to Michael Barone. Michael is a very warm, naturally humorous man who made us feel like valued customers. He not only was glad to answer all our questions (and there were many), but encouraged us to ask more. It seems that at Ray Catena of White Plains, the staff are proud to represent Lexus and are glad to share their expertise. There is virtually none of the usual high pressure car sales techniques. They let their excellent products speak for themselves. We are very glad to have chosen Lexus and very lucky to have dealt with Michael Barone. We love our new Lexus!

Amazing Experience!
Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains is a welcoming atmosphere, ALL of the employees were very nice answered any questions you had offered you a beverage etc. I worked with Shavaune Shackleford and Anthony Marino they were absolutely amazing. I was able to get a car I wanted for a price that worked for me. They went above and beyond my expectations! Shavaune is very knowlegable and very eager and willing to help and answer any questions I had about my new car the finances etc. Ray Catena Lexus of White Plains is Top Notch!!

2 New Cars!
My wife and I were car shopping (both had expiring leases) and were excited to get something new and different. We were at Jaguar of White Plains. They were condescending, snotty and rude. We never even got to drive the car we wanted. We were fed up with shopping for the day and decided to head home. We drove by Lexus and begrudgingly decided to try one more dealer and went in. Jasmine greeted us and was so happy and warm, we were in a better mood right away. We walked the showroom waiting for assistance and within a few minutes, Michael Bergman came over. He was funny and quickly made us forget the bad experience we had just had. We got excited again and started discussing the NX 300 F Sport which we drove that night. It was great. We met Nick (sales manager) and felt comfortable, so we went home to think about it. 2 days later we were back, test drove the IS 300 F Sport and got an irresistible deal. We leased both of them and are so glad we did. Joe did our tech setup and showed us every button in the car, he knows his stuff, and we met the service team too (hopefully just regular maintenance) that will help us. Everyone is a part of the process and we felt warm and fuzzy there. We are both glad we went in that day despite our mood, we're Team Lexus for Life!

Sales and service are outstanding
Truly an experience that is warm and welcoming. Will continue to return and Shavaune was helpful and knowledgeable! I found he was patient and did not rush us for a descision.

Easiest, smoothest leasing experience
We leased a GS 350 from Michael Barone at Ray Catena Lexus, and it was perhaps the best leasing experience we've had in many years of buying/leasing cars. Michael was attentive, patient and straightforward about all aspects of the vehicle and the leasing process. He made what can de a stressful experience go very smoothly. We would recommend Michael without hesitation.

Good experience overall
Basically very good. Sales rep was excellent, not pushy. My only complaint was that they were not negotiable at all but maybe in the future, the price is just the price.

Excellent leasing experience/ smooth deal
I leased a Beautifull NX300 from Michael Barone and everything went smooth. I never felt any pressure from Michel or any of the Sales Managers. Nick Manzi and Dan Zaccagnino where really nice too and helped a lot with the negotiations. They are friendly and make you feel like family. They always answer all the questions and are honest. Michael always responded to my emails and phone calls. It was overall a great experience and will recommend then to anyone. I will definitely go back for my next lease.
