This service experience is our first with this dealership as a result of a relocation from FL to TX. The service advisor and service manager were very professional, excellent communicators/listeners and customer focused. The service needs were significant and the results and responsiveness exceeded our expectations. We’ve found our dealer.

I’m an out of state customer and the car delivered in...

I’m an out of state customer and the car delivered in pristine condition. It was detailed inside and out in showroom condition. The purchase process was fast and easy and the Martin Korn the salesman handled everything from start to finish. He answered all my questions honestly and professionally, he took multiple videos, drove the car taking more videos and gave me a thorough birds eye view of the car setting me at ease knowing he was honest with his opinions and disclosures. The service department was there on the phone when the car was delivered to answer any questions and stayed on the phone until the car was off the covered trailer and I was satisfied with the delivery. My purchase experience with Mercedes Benz of the Woodlands has been enjoyable and worry free. Thank you Martin Korn and the service department. I love the car.

Everything that my wife and I expected from a...

Everything that my wife and I expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealership.....and then some! Our salesman (Luis Osawa) was incredibly knowledgeable, personable, polite, professional....and most importantly, he was comfortable not "over-talking" and letting the vehicle sell itself. Never thought that I say this about a car buying experience, but it was exceptional! I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough....and when you go, ask for Luis!

Wow! First of all, a part was approved for my SUV that...

Wow! First of all, a part was approved for my SUV that was just out of warranty. Secondly, they called to schedule the part replacement. I was on my way to volunteer at the food bank. They came to the food bank picked up my car and returned my car to the food bank (complete with a car wash) before my volunteer shift ended. Anthony, the service manager and Fred, the general manager, went above and beyond to make my experience fantastic!

A great place to get service... They still understand Customer Service and show it to customers. Friendly personnel in all the service areas. Mike Lange makes it feel like visiting a friend when getting our 2014 MB E350 serviced.
