Ahí compre mi Forastero en enero 2020 fui las dos primeros servicios, pero no quedé conforme, no receteo al control de cambio de aceite, al llegar a mi vivienda sale un aviso que tengo que hacer cambio de aceite, como es eso, llame por teléfono y nadie me puedo hablar español, me dejaron esperando y tuve que dejar eso así. Los siguientes servicios los hice en Bill Seidle's Mitsubishi, eso fue pero un engaño total y estafa. Hoy los vehículos tienen mucha tecnología y no se puede ir a otro taller, así tengo que volver, para mantener mi vehículo en buenas condiciones, yo no acostumbro a cambiar los vehículos cada 3 años ni 5 el anterior me duró 11 años con 99.990 millas en excelente condiciones

Very unprofessional and doesn’t give a damm about resolving customer issues/ complaints , customer service is lacking professionalism

Excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable staff very efficient I just need it an oil change and tire rotation for my car and in less than two hours I was out, the place is clean and comfortable, I would definitely recommend university Mitsubishi to anyone who needs their car serviced.

At first I came in at 12:00pm I was suppose to have an appointment with Richie, however I had waited 1 Hour for Richie and nothing and one your representative’s came over and acknowledged me and asked if I had been assisted by Richie, I told them no and immediately I was put with another representative and they started the process immediately and he got the ball rolling for me, so from this point forward it was a smooth process from start to finish and I was very happy. Everyone who assisted me was very professional and courteous and they worked hard for me to make it happen. I was very satisfied with the service that was provided.

Laura was professional and quickly took care of me. She explained what service was scheduled and provided an estimated finish time. She also kept me updated on the service progress.

Took way too long long on my car for some breaks because of them ordering the wrong size & the worker not knowing what they’re doing. Didn’t give me a loaner or anything causing me to spend money on Ubers and catch rides. Workers aren’t very welcoming when you walk in, no one is at the front service desk, just on their phones playing.
