    Be careful when you're going to buy a car from them, they will trick you with the interest rate to force you buy their warranty. A $10800 ended up costing... me $19,000. Don't trust them, their price is not negotiable even they tell you it is. You better looking for a trustworthy car dealer. I will never buy from them anymore.

    I called about a used vehicle on autotrader for sale for $6,500 and confirmed the price was $6,500. When I arrived they wanted me to test drive "fall in... love with it first" but I insisted that I see the total cash price before they waste my time and the total cash price for a $6,500 car was $11,000+. I told them they would have to bring the price down like 5 grand for us to even begin negotiating but the finance manager said "xxxx no". I hate dealerships to begin with, but this was pathetic.

    I’ve never been more insulted by a dealership. I gave a verbal agreement to buy a truck sight unseen for the asking price on auto trader plus tax tag title... and an $899 dealer fee. They agreed on the phone. Then they sent me and insulting out the door price to my email with $1700 in extra fees on top of all that I mentioned! I called and they were very rude on the phone and said they would not sell me the truck for the asking price I agreed on because I’m paying cash! Stay away! You’ll waste your time and they’ll treat you like garbage. The manager Patricia is a very nasty person to deal with when you’re making a big purchase like this. They mention they have “No haggle pricing” but I’ve never felt more haggled. I offered full asking price! This is crazy!!!!!

    FORGET ABOUT IT. THEY ARE THE WORST! I CAME FROM NAPLES TO SEE A CAR. WE SPOKE SEVERAL TIMES AND THEY WANTED ME TO CALL WHEN I WAS WITHIN 10 MILES SO... TO HAVE THE CAR READY. I HAD THE MONEY TO BUY IT AND TRADE IN MY HUMMER WITH 40 K MILES. 2008 LIKE BRAND NEW. WELL THE CAR WAS NOT READY AND THE ALLOY WHEELS WERE BLACK WITH DIRT. THE CAR WAS A PIECE OF CRAP. WE JUST DROVE BACK HOME, THEY COULDN'T EVEN FIND THE KEYS FOR IT. STAY AWAY!!!!

    DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THEM>. THEY ARE SCAMMERS. Went in for a car that was advertised at $4000. Said I wanted to buy the car and they came back adding... a $900 dealer fee and $700 for appearance protection and etching. Said I had to buy that stuff. This is a violation of Florida statue, 501.976 article 16 which states the advertised price must include all dealer fees and extras ( except tax, tag and title). I am reporting them to the state.

    DON'T EVEN WASTE YOUR TIME. I CAME FROM NAPLES,FL TO BUY THEIR 1916 MERCEDES-BENZ S-550 . HAD A CASHIERS CHECK AND CASH. THEY WERE EXCITED THAT I HAD A... GARAGED 2008 HUMMER H-3 WITH 40,000 MILES, NEVER BEEN OFF ROAD. IT IS LIKE BRAND NEW . I WAS GOING TO TRADE IT IN. THEY TOLD ME THE CAR WAS PERFECT AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE IT ALL READY FOR ME TO TEST DRIVE. THEY WANTED TO KNOW WHAT TIME I WOULD ARRIVE SO EVERY THING WOULD BE READY. I TOLD THEM AROUND 2:30 to 3:00 AND WOULD CALL THEM WHEN WE WERE CLOSE BY. WHEN WE ARRIVED THE CAR WAS ON A GRASS AREA BETWEEN TWO HIGH CURBS UNDER A TREE WITH ANOTHER CAR NEXT TO IT. THEY BENZ WAS FILTHY AND THE 4 ALLOY WHEELS WERE BLACK WITH FILTH. THE CAR LOOKED LIKE IT WAS NEVER GARAGED IN YEARS. IT WAS A PIECE OF CRAP! I SAID TO MY WIFE LETS JUST LEAVE. JUST THEN A SALES MAN CAME OUT WITH THE WRONG KEYS AND WENT BACK IN FOR THE RIGHT SET. HE CAME BACK TWO MORE TIMES STILL WITHOUT THE RIGHT KEYS. ARE YOU KIDDING ME! I WAS BEING POLITE AND SAID I WAS IN CONTACT WITH YOUR OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES AND THIS IS WHAT I CAME 105 MILES FOR. I SAID GOOD BY AND LEFT. 1 HOUR LATER WHEN I'M HALF WAY HOME AND THEY CALLED AND SAID THEY CLEANED UP THE CAR. WHAT THE F----! ARE YOU KIDDING ME. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GO ANYWHERE ELSE.
