Diego and Randy and Hasiel were excellent to work with.

Diego and Randy and Hasiel were excellent to work with. Clear explanations and helped to fit the purchases into a very hard budget number. Only star missing is due to the required LoJack and window etching, but they made the numbers work, which is the ultimate bottom line. Would def recommend them

I drove 3 hours to purchase a 2015 Mercedes E550.

I drove 3 hours to purchase a 2015 Mercedes E550. The price was not what was posted on their website ($4000 more), car had smoke coming from the engine compartment, convertible top was damaged, both engine air intake pipes were ripped, and driver's side rear fender had minor damage. Rather than offer to repair these issues they insisted they were minor issues and really didn't affect the value of the car since it only had 38k miles. Carfax showed very little maintenance down over the life of the car, plus the car was very dirty (exterior). The salespeople were very pushy and new nothing about the car operations- couldn't put the top down, couldn't release the hood, or operated the touch screen. Would not recommend them for used cars.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE!

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE HERE! Diego, the salesperson, is not to be trusted. Absolute bait and switch - we came to see a specific vehicle with a specific price. We were presented with a price sheet where that price was 60% higher than online. Diego said the price on the website is a marketing price and it doesn't have any connection to the correct pricing! When we inquired further the noticed that "ah this is a different car" and gave us a slightly reduced price. The thing is, the VIN was the same on both sheets and they clearly tried to bait us! The fees added were completely unreasonable as well, we got a car somewhere else where the fees were 80% lower. They keep sending me emails even after I opted out.

If I could give a zero star I would have.

If I could give a zero star I would have. I went there, spent 3 hours, afterwards they added an extra 8 000 on the car. On top of that, reps called me countless times trying to make me understand that I was missing the deal of a lifetime. Sorry, not going to get scam buy reps trying to make extra money on commission.

It was like pulling teeth to get an out the door price, then once finally received lots of added extra fees. Make sure you get pricing well before visiting! Buyer beware…

This dealership and their staff deserve the rep that car

This dealership and their staff deserve the rep that car salesmen have! I inquired about a vehicle and was told it was available. Verified again when I was ready to make a trip there and when I arrived was informed the car was sold a week ago but would I be interested in looking at other used cars. I was so disappointed but not surprised. The attitude is obviously say anything to get the client in the door then sell them. I am convinced that they place vehicles online to peak interest and as of this written review the vehicle is still listed on their and the Carfax site. Wrote that manager and received a lame response that was obviously a form letter! Dishonest, lack of INTEGRITY and deserving of a lousy reputation!!!
