My salesman Nate showed us all the features on a new CT6 but they didn’t have the color I wanted. Another salesman overheard me wanting a white... one and about 15 mins later pulled up with a 2017 that had everything I wanted . They let me take it overnight and I came back and bought it . Couldn’t be happier.

I have owned eight new Cadillacs in my life and I have never encountered such an unprofessional dealership in my life. We entered the showroom with music... so loud you couldn’t even think. The sales person was totally disorganized and was going from one side of the room to the other and then stopped to talk to another customer while we were waiting. I ask for a brochure the best thing they could come up with after 15 minutes of waiting was this hugh thing that must have hung on the wall somewhere. Then finally someone else found a brochure and brought it to me it was a 2017. They offered me a rediculously low price for my car, a 2016 SRX with 15250.00 miles on it. The man in charge of that decision came over and was less than congenial. I’m going to buy a new Cadillac SUV but it will not be from here. I would never recommend them to anyone.

I brought it in for a tire issue but also because it was nearing the new oil service life and had a small rough idle issue. They listened to my concerns,... checked the idle, changed the oil, rotated the tires and quickly notified me via text that it was ready. That’s how service is supposed to work. I wish I had that good of an experience on the sales end.

I would like to compliment one of your employees, T Thurber, for the excellent service he provided Jan 9, 2018. I recently relocated to Wichita, KS and... the prospect of having to spend hundreds of dollars, according to one estimate I received from a another repair shop left me feeling anxious. Mr. Thurber discovered the problem was due to a defective part. The honesty, integrity and professionalism displayed exceeded my expectations. I will continue to do business with Eddys Cadillac Chevrolet for year to come.

Dropped Cadillac off for repairs. 2 days later called said everything was fix. Didn't make it a block and nothing was fixed. Took car back. Week later... was told car was fixed picked up car and the fuel gauge is now sitting on Empty. One of the WORST places to buy from and get service done. Will not be back.

Came in to check our some vehicles for a senior gift and weren't even allowed to to test drive. were told if we didn't buy a car that day then we are... wasting their time. Never will I come back here again.
