Sales person was excellent treated me well and

Sales person was excellent treated me well and facilitated multiple drives to figure out the best option for us worked hard to find the truck I was looking for . The team approach for paperwork could have been quicker however the treatment they gave me was very good appeared to get honest feedback back to my questions and decisions. Overall I was pleasantly surprised with my experience!

Initially I had a decent salesperson.

Initially I had a decent salesperson. Then after this Manager showed up I felt disrespected, belittled and pressured into a contract that I was not happy with. I walked away and so glad I did. I will never shop there again.

Where do I start, right after we signed the paper work it

Where do I start, right after we signed the paper work it started this dealership seem like they want to sell you a vehicle and then nothing to help you after that. It took almost 3 weeks and several phone call to get anything done. I am still waiting on a phone call for the last issue.

Eddy's is a very good place to do business.

Eddy's is a very good place to do business..I had an issue with the AC on a vehical I bought and the replaced it..I have to mention that Victor set everything up with the AC replacement and he made sure they did me right..Highly Reccomend purchasing a vehicle from eddy's as well as having an service a person may need

I recently had the pleasure of working with LEO CATARINA at Excellent EDDY’s Chevrolet Cadillac, and I must say, he's been an absolute delight to work with! LEO’s exceptional communication skills, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. had a great attitude while I figured out what I wanted to do and overall was a salesperson I would recommend! He went beyond his job duties to provide me with pictures/videos of the car and even on his days off he updated me on the status of my vehicle. By the way I say this because I drove 6 hours away to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend LEO.
