DO NOT buy from this HORRIBLE company. They try to tell you that the vehicle has a lifetime power train warranty. THIS IS A LIE!!! They don't stand behind... their warranty, or their vehicles. It's IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of them when you have a question. They had my truck for 2 full days and didn't tell me the warranty wasn't going to cover anything until the end of the second day and that they didn't do ANY repairs on my truck!!! If you want even the slightest bit of customer service then shop somewhere else!

What an absolute joke. I had an appointment to look at the car and the car I tried to buy was not even on their lot. Then they went to go get it and it... showed up with a check engine light and a tire pressure light and 4 bald tires. Never going back to this dealership. What a lack of professionalism!

Mr. Chow is very knowledgeable and very personable. Great experience with Mr. Chow and we highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a new or used vehicle... to visit the dealership and ask for him. He will make you the best deal for sure. 5¿¿¿¿ All the way!!!!

The service team (with the exception of Chad) is severely inept. I brought my wife’s vehicle in to have her tire repaired. We had an appointment. After... approximately 40 minutes, I noticed that her vehicle was finally moved out of the area where you check in. Great. Or at least I thought. Instead of pulling the vehicle in to the shop, they moved my wife’s vehicle out of the check in area to where I couldn’t see it, which was very deceptive in my eyes. When I went inside to figure out what was going on, everyone claimed to be unaware. At this point, I asked for my keys so that I could get to work. THEY WERE JUST SITTING ON AN UNOCCUPIED DESK WITH A STICKY NOTE ON THEM. Not one customer service rep took the responsibility or initiative for getting our vehicle in the shop. I was disappointed, to say the least. It seems that because this was a tire repair, no one really cared. But it’s the people who come into your shop for regular services like oil changes, tire repairs, etc. that are most likely to buy a vehicle from your delearship. This one incident of ineptitude probably wouldn’t have set me off. I am generally pretty understanding. But there was another incident that has been weighing on me for quite some time. So, in honor of the late Jerry Stiller, I suppose you can consider this an early festivus. A few months ago, I came in to buy tires for my vehicle. I rolled into the check in area and the hunter alignment autocheck system (a service that I appreciate, by the way) gives me all the green lights. Great. My car has been great at holing it’s alignment. My service guy on this occasion was Paul. I check my car in and during the process Paul tries to sell me an alignment. I think to myself “that’s okay. Maybe he didn’t see the screen.” I decline the offer noting that the alignment check says I’m all good to go. Paul proceeds to tell me that my mileage warranty on the tires will be void if I don’t get the alignment. I sold tires to pay my way through undergrad. I know that’s not true. But I humor him for a moment. “Why would I need to pay for an alignment if your system says it’s good? Can’t you note that on your paperwork?” Paul tells me that he can’t, and that even if they put it on the rack and don’t have to do any work, I would still have to pay for the alignment. I have enough experience to know that what Paul was telling me was false. But what about the people don’t have any experience in this industry? I’m also a lawyer and I know what Paul is telling me is wrong from a consumer standpoint. Essentially, Paul is telling me that the manufacturers warranty will be void unless I pay Eddy’s for an alignment that I don’t need. Woof! That is bad on so many levels. The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth. The only redeeming quality that I have seen so far has been Chad. There have been a number of time that Chad went above and beyond the call to provide excellent service, which I very much appreciate. In fact, I probably wouldn’t return to Eddy’s if it wasn’t for the service Chad has provided in the past. But I am sure that Eddy’s doesn’t care if it loses my business. I am only one person. So I’m not going to make any useless threats to take my business elsewhere. Do better.

the service was great greeted and took info immediately. the service waiting area is really comfortable and accomodating. my work was completed quickly... and i was informed as to what was going on in a timely fashion.

I cancelled oil change upon arrival. Just had recall done. Time frame quoted when scheduled was 1 hour less than time quoted upon arrival. Will not be... going back to Eddys for any of m hff car needs.

Great job. Quick and good quality work. They send a video inspection of your vehicle to you to point out shape of your vehicles componets.

Salesman friendly. Finance dept. not so great. Second vehicle purchased there. Both times left owing 8 to 10K more than vehicle price. VSC, Gap unneeded.
