Eddy's is a very good place to do business.

Eddy's is a very good place to do business..I had an issue with the AC on a vehical I bought and the replaced it..I have to mention that Victor set everything up with the AC replacement and he made sure they did me right..Highly Reccomend purchasing a vehicle from eddy's as well as having an service a person may need

Please READ, it’s a long review, but my salesman LEO was phenomenal, he needs to be recognized and respected for the great work he did for me. I recently had the pleasure of working with LEO CATARINA at Excellent EDDY’s Chevrolet Cadillac, and I must say, he's been an absolute delight to work with! LEO’s exceptional communication skills, friendly demeanor, and professionalism made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. had a great attitude while I figured out what I wanted to do and overall was a salesperson I would recommend! He went beyond his job duties to provide me with pictures/videos of the car and even on his days off he updated me on the status of my vehicle. By the way I say this because I drove 6 hours away to pick up my vehicle. I highly recommend LEO.

I'll be honest, I really wasn't thrilled about buying

I'll be honest, I really wasn't thrilled about buying from Eddy's but Alberto Martinez was very patient with me. I have a lot of anxiety buying cars so there was a lot of back and forth on my part. Alberto was so kind. I can't forget to mention Jorge, who helped me with financing. Thank you to both of them for making it less stressful! You both were great!! I hope the car and the service will be just as great as you both were.

Dealership is very professional.

Dealership is very professional. All technicians are polite and very informative. They update you on the work as it is being performed. They suggest additional service that needs to be performed or advise what will be needed in the near future. We have worked with Victor for past service and Kenny for this most recent warranty service. Both t technicians are very polite and knowledgeable.

Leo was awesome to work with, I am not happy with the

Leo was awesome to work with, I am not happy with the lack of coverage that I paid for. I was told that the extended maintenance plan was 100% Bumper to Bumper, which is not true. When I took my Truck in for the tailgate recall and service, they were supposed to fix the issue with the button on the tailgate, they never got it to work, it still doesn't open by pushing the button on the tailgate. My A/C and Heater blower control knob does not work correctly, and the A/C doesn't kick on at times. I was told they couldn't find a problem with it. It would great if they would just tell the truth instead of talking about the problems. Jeff W
