My name is Amir Arshad, my coolant low light came on a day after servixe. The coolant was low and they did not check it. Same thing happened arouns the same time last year and i had to fill it up myself. Level was completely low this time so its safe to say they did not check it at all at our sevice appointments this year. What else are they not checking?

Just brought a car and had it shipped to California. Marcell was great to work with. Very communicative and took the time to walk me thru everything virtually including a FaceTime test drive. Pricing was very fair and was out the door pricing (including shipping) so no hidden charges or last minute surprises. Thanks again Marcell and Eddy’s Chevy. -Andres

Me and my mom came in the dealership wanting to get me
Me and my mom came in the dealership wanting to get me into a truck and I test drove one truck and athen they said that they couldn’t get me approved for a truck after being told that they could get me approved for the truck that I test drove and then we went to another Wichita area dealership and my mom got approved for a Chevrolet colarado but if eddy’s Chevrolet would have tried harder and not tried to make me buy a Ford bronco I would have bought the truck that I test drove and not went to another dealership and got what I wanted and then one day later I tested my salesman and tried to get him to give me more money than they originally wanted to give me for my car and supposedly they said that they would give me more than what they originally said but they still wanted me to get the ford bronco but that’s not what I wanted and I told them that but they still wanted me to get that suv instead of a truck that was trying to get

The customer service agent did not call me when my car
The customer service agent did not call me when my car was finished or discuss the costs, the detailed results of the service visit or what took place. He said he called me twice but I only had 1 call from him on my caller ID after they closed for the day. He left no voicemail either. I picked up my car the next day and it was there for an oil change and tire rotation. Luckily I have a second car, so I wasn’t just waiting for this joker to call me. The customer service SUCKS!
